We absolutely LOVE chipotle and have been eating it for at least the past 7+ years. When we moved to Florida (from California) and realized there was one down the street we were so excited. The staff was friendly and made excellent food... taste can vary from each location. However, about 4-5 months ago we noticed the staff had changed and now the food isnt as good as it had been. They forget toppings and sometimes the meat tastes slightly overcooked :( Hopefully they will iron out the kinks and we can start enjoying our favorite food again. I would still recommend you try it though....

Worst location In Palm Beach County. Went there Wednesday 23 Sep 830 pm. Their servings are for a 12 year old. I asked for double meat and it was the single serving in every other chipotle. Rice serving was half spoon. Lettuce serving i could count the amount of lettuce strips. Thats how small it was. Locations like this destroy the name of chipotle. So sad to see this. I had to take a picture. Thats how small it was. Update. Visit location to meet with some friends. Worst experience than the first time I was there. This time theres a sweaty guy serving food. Stay away

My food is usually well-prepared and the staff is great. Normally, there are no complaints. I know its a busy place for lunch, but the staff needs to check online times before pulling orders when theyre meant for pick up in the future. My food was ice cold and the guacamole was BROWN by the time I picked up my order. I placed an order at 1:00 to be picked up at 3:00, and apparently my order was pulled at 1:00 and sat on the counter for 2 hours. This has happened twice. Dont offer "convenient" online ordering/pick up if the future pick up time is not honored.

Andrew is doing a better job managing this location. He has grown a lot in 4 years. Proud of him. Reviewing 3 stars because of the turn over and inconsistencies at this location. Ive been a customer since they opened in Denver, so my expectations are higher for the store in my back yard. Will see how they improve, Im switching back and forth between the mall location until this one improves.

Everytime we order from here we get burritos that are poorly wrapped that we have to re wrap, get all the way home and notice certain ingredients missing from the burrito.. Most of the time the sodas dont taste right like the flavor is out of syrup, they dont do anything to try to make it right, even when we have to drive all the way back there and wait. Not impressed

Cant wait for the new location to open on northland blvd. this place has been going down hill fast. Portions are bad, service is bad, make sure if you order online or on the app you open your food and look at it. Theres a 60% chance its the wrong order or they missed multiple things. Love chipotle but this location needs some coaching.

We had sworn off chipotle since we moved here and only gotten terrible service at the other locations around here. Well, we visited this one in Midtown and there was a line out the door but they were fast and efficient and friendly. It renewed my faith in Chipotle of south florida. Lol Will definitely visit again.

This Chipotle location "used" to be great a few years ago. I dont know what happened but it is going south! The service is mediocre. Portions are smaller compared to other locations. I almost told the girl "I can bring my food scale next time so you dont have such a hard time meazuring the food you are giving me."

I have had Chipotle numerous times in the past but never found their food amazing. I came here after being pressured from a few friends, and I was blown away. Their chicken burrito was absolutely amazing. Especially with the extra guacamole mixed in. Definitely my favorite Chipotle restaurant.

Its chipotle...everyone loves chipotle. This location has very tight and limited convenient parking otherwise you have to park in a lager lot. Portions at this location have been very consistent which is my biggest gripe with the chain in general. Definitely stop in and enjoy.

Last 2 times that I have been here for takeout long SLOW line, parking is horrible, looks like they are under staffed. Not worth coming to this location anymore. I heard one is opening on Northlake. Horrible management place is going downhill.

Always out of items, opens at 11:00am and by 11:30am they are out of two meat choices so they decide to fill the grill up with one meat instead of splitting it. Ive never seen anything managed so poorly. Its depressing to see

Service was just ok, but the portions was not ok. Maybe I went on the wrong day. Im not sure what it is, food is great but the amount Im paying I want it to be what it should be for an adult I didnt order a kids bowl.

I went there and was treated like crap because I asked for Extra veggies plus they charged me $2.15,once I got to the register the guy started talking about me idk their customer service is horrible with rude workers

Line could get ridiculously long sometimes but the new guy Tom, man he makes someone face light up when you get to the counter no matter how long youve been waiting. Hes a great guy with a wonderful attitude.

I usually love Chipotle its one of my favorite restaurants but this location was awful. The food was WAY TOO spicy, I couldnt even taste it, ended up throwing away a whole bowl :( what a waste.

Food is awesome, but they never want to give you a lot of onions and bell peppers (fajitas). I even offered to pay extra and still they wouldnt budge.
