I have been a disappointed with my last visit at the Panera Bread restaurant, which is located on PGA Commons. First, I have found the staff is inattentive, inpatient, and with an attitude. I understood that it was a busy lunch time. When I asked an associate about a price she could not answer a question and called for other associate. I could not understand the explanations of the other associate and felt that she was raising her voice at me, and made me feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. I have ordered half of the beef sandwich (which was costs $6.49), and when I received my order I found out that the sandwich was very, very small size according to its price. I was disappointed with the size and told that to the person who made the sandwich. He answered me, "Maam, everything is very expensive these days..., our products are very high quality. If you want the full size you need to pay a full size, which is $12. But, I could give him a credit, he offered me the bigger size of bread instead. I have been working in the restaurant and customer service industry for more than 15 years, and I felt very unwelcome in this restaurant today. And, I dont think I will ever come back there. It is a not a first time when the associates give me an attitude, and, then, they make feel uncomfortable in front of other customers. Also, the restaurant was kind of dirty, and all tables had a lot of crumbs on them. If the prices are high; then, the restaurant should be cleaned. All in all, I hardly ever written any comments in my life, but today I felt very uncomfortable, and I took a few moment of my busy life to bring it up to the attention of the restaurant management. Tried their delivery, they got here promptly, but 2 of our sandwiches were made wrong, one of our sides was missing, and they completely left out my sisters meal. I called less than a minute after the delivery guy left, and they said they forgot to give it to him but theyd send him back as soon as he got back to the store. 2 hrs later I had heard nothing. I called again and apparently their delivery driver " left unexpectedly" and that our order was on its way. Its been 30 minutes since that call, nearly 3 hrs since our original order. We are moving and have no food in the house. Have been packing. All day and have now waited 3 hrs to eat. This is ridiculous. Dont advertise delivery if you cant do it well!

The eve of 8/3/2017, the service was unbelievably poor, manager was not interested in managing but holding little social events with employees while no one bothered to do there job, order grilled cheese which the cheese was so hard it chipped off, the other food we ordered was cold and left over from the earlier day by the taste, we went to counter but was totally ignored, one girl worked at the register but was visible frustrated with the customer she was waiting on, the experience was very poor, and we will no longer use your facility.

Helpful & friendly staff, the "pick 2" option is a perfect amount of food usually.. some of the sandwich halfs can be a bit larger but the flavors are good and I love their broccoli cheese soup and the seasonal squash soup. Their creamy tomato was good but its not like tomato bisque its like thick tomato soup with some tomato pieces but no cream . I asked for a little fresh basil and shredded white cheese and added pepper and it was quite good. Maybe I could have added a tablespoon of cream, maybe next time.

Love the food - Since I order ahead on my mobile app - i mostly have to run in grab the food and leave. it is ALWAYS ready! The order is always accurate and the food is hot and delicious. One thing I have to complain about is the damn parking. it is horrible if you have to park! We actually go in pairs while one drops the other off to get the food - we get it and go to DD to eat!

Worst Panera Bread Ive visited to date. Im a regular at my location and the cashier at this location was preoccupied, was not listening and was too busy looking at my coworker to take my rewards card therefore when she finally looked up she said its too late. The dark roast cofee was like just plain hot water. Very disappointed and will not be using this location again.

I come here often and the service is usually on par. The food quality is good. One thing I wish the young staff they have was more courteous and greet you properly when you say hello. Please pay attention to this as it also makes the customer experience pleasant. In the rush of taking care of customers this basic rule should not be ignored.

Awful experience, Michael the manager is a lier . He shook my hand twice and said I was hired, and to call him at 3. I called at 3 and he left for the day. I called the next day and he said I didnt call at 3. Also the food here is terrible . Stay away from here. Michael is the fm the short guy with the weird head

Everytime I visit this location there are so many new faces. I wonder how big there training budget must be. No consistency. Incompetent management blame their lack on employees. Very high turnover. Would not recommend this as a place to work. Absolutly deplorable.

The food is fine and the prices are fair. My only issue with this place is their restroom. There is only one stall and half the time someone else is using it. Im a strong believer that restaurants should have a minimum of two stalls.

I live closer to the Panera on Indiantown Rd., but I much prefer this one on PGA. More generous with the dressing and salad ingredients, not giving me just a lot of lettuce. And for some reason, the sandwiches are better, too.

Person at register short, rude, never looked up. Breakfast sandwich served luke warm. 5 people in sandwich station, not one said hello, all complaining about work. The person stocking coffee area was the only friendly one.

Terrible. Ordered Green goddess salad and they made it with ranch dressing. Bread was white, totally undercooked, and the womens bathroom was disgusting.

Food is great of course but the parking is horrible. Today I waited 20 mins for my food when i only have a 1hr lunch break. Its annoying.
