I own a rental property in the Palm Harbor area. It had an aging roof, something that my tenants told me about on several occasions. I always want to do right by my tenants, so I did the research to find a good company that could replace my roof for a reasonable price. I called several and didnt get the best impression. Then I called Done Rite and took the bait. The initial consultation was telephonic. I found them to be professional and interested in hearing as much as I could tell them about what was going on. They asked targeted questions to make sure that they would be speaking to the right issue. Afterward, they told me that it was likely that my roof would need replacing but that an onsite inspection would be necessary to confirm it. We scheduled the appointment. They came out a few days later at the time that we agreed and started the inspection process. The specialist was professional, well-groomed, and very respectful of our house. If he made a mess, he promptly cleaned it. After he was done, he confirmed that the roof needed replacing. He then quoted me a price that was, shockingly, $500 lower than another company I was considering going with. I agreed, and a few days later, they started the process. The actual roof replacement went off without a hitch. What I liked is that they did it as respectfully as they could of my tenants. There was obviously going to be some noise, but they minimized it--at least, thats what my tenants said. Its been several months now, and the roof is still looking good. My tenants are happy, which means I am happy. I got a great deal and got to work with a professional company that seemed like they cared. Id definitely recommend them if youre wanting a great price and professional employees.

I had called to get a free estimate on Monday and set up an appoint for Thursday. When I asked if it could done any earlier she was snippy and said that yeah usually good roofing companies are busy and if you want to use other roofing companies that have time they do crappy work. That comments did not need to be made. I set up for the estimate anyway. Unfortunately I needed to change the address that I needed the estimate for and called first thing Thursday to let her know. I spoke with what sounded like an answering service outside of the office who took down the correct address. About a couple of minutes later the girl who I spoke with initially called me back and sputtered around asking when I had called, said she didnt see me in the computer and after hem hawing around I finally just asked her if there was anyone who could come out. She said no, so I said forget it and she abruptly said Ok goodbye and hung up on me. I understand they are busy and probably do do good work but act professional about it, not like "oh well we dont need any more work anyway" attitude. You know you are not the only roofing company out there that does good work.

Recently we made an appt. with Done Rite Roofing to have someone come out and inspect our roof for repairs and possible replacement. Tom was the gentleman assigned to the job. From the moment he arrived we felt as though we had known him forever. Not only is he professional and personable, but he was "happy" to help us out with whatever our needs would be and never acted as though this was a "job", but more of a pleasure to be there for us. He inquired as to our concerns and thoroughly inspected our roof. The repairs were explained in full detail and the quote was certainly "wallet friendly". Toms customer service skills are "OUTSTANDING"! His knowledge and skill set of this craft are remarkable. He came back promptly the next day and completed the job for us. Thank you Tom, we really appreciate your hard work! It was a pleasure meeting you and we are grateful for all of your help. We certainly will be using this company in the future for a new roof when it is needed.

From beginning to end we were very impressed with the service received from Done Rite Roofing. They communicate with us well and followed up right away on any request. We want to change our old roof into a new one right away so we choose them to work on it. Ashlie was very friendly, polite as I talked her over the phone and answered questions I had and get my phone no, address and name so that she can inform me on when will the team coming. Henry and the rest of the team arrived on time and give us a fair estimate and walked us throughout the process. Jamie & Jessie, who did the actual work. - Worked quickly & efficiently. They took good care of our house & the areas where they worked. – Made sure that everything is gonna be fine, that the roof was perfectly installed. So satisfied with the results of the roof, so beautiful & well-finished. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for another contractor.

I hired this service to install roofing for us and it’s really great to deal with them. From the first call they were absolutely professional the customer service I’ve talked to over the phone, ( Ashlie) she was very friendly and polite, they asked me what I needed and took time to answer all of my crazy questions to her. The project manager gives good recommendations and suggestions on what’s best roof to install to our home and the estimator, gives us a fair estimate. Jamie and Jessie did the actual work and they were very professional and hardworking; they make sure that the roof was installed well. Happy with the outcome, the roof looks so great and it was really surpassed more than my expectations. I have known the owners of Done Rite Roofing, as they are a customer of my A/V firm (Attic Rat). So, of course when it came time to replace the roof on my own home, I called Done Rite. However, as this is a significant purchase for me - no free passes were offered. The Done Rite crew arrived on time and after discussing the work with me, they got right to it. Every member of their crew was as professional and polite as they were efficient. The new roof looks gorgeous! On the third day, a two-man crew was dispatched to clean up any remaining nails and detritus that is unavoidable with this type of work. So we needed to replace our 30 year old roof because our insurance company was not going to renew us. Ill deal with them later. We called 4 companys that all came out to provide us written estimates. All were very close and reasonable in price. We ended up going with Done Rite Roofing because we had seen them on our street before. They completed the job in 2 days and from what I can see, they did a fantastic job. Clean up was great and they provide us with a wind mitigation report that will end up lowering our insurance cost, now i can play hard ball with them too. They better lower my rates or we will shop for insurance will another carrier! So in the end, our roofing company did exactly what they said they would do, do it done rite!
