Last hurricane season I notice a dripping sound in my wall. I live in a town house and share walls with neighbors. The dripping sounded like in was coming from the roof down in between the walls of our unit/home. I called 4 different roofing companies over the course of the hurricane season. They all told me that they can not find any water damage and that what I was hearing was an "echo from outside rain bouncing off the vent". They all assured me over and over again that there was no leak. I tried to explain that it has never happen before so something has had to change. Each roofer went into my attic but never on the roof, even though we asked them too. They said if they cant see the water damage there is no leak and no need to get on the roof. There was some truth to that; we could not see any visible water damage. Fast forward to hurricane season this year. Dripping is more persistent and we cant sleep in our bedroom anymore because the dripping is so loud and constant because it is always raining this time of year. I was so over this dripping sound and starting to worry some serious damage could be going on behind the walls. I asked around and did some research online and found this company. I figured, it was worth a shot. Better safe than sorry. I called and they send someone out a few days later (because I was working I couldnt be home sooner). They assured me they would send out a very experience person. The roofer (Pat Sr.) comes out Friday late morning and I fill him in on everything that has been happening and how frustrated we are and that we just feel like its something more than what we are being told. I explained no one has even been on the roof only in the small attic. I was told it is possible to have a leak drip in between firewall and be hard to see any water or damage. So Pat Sr got his ladder and climbed up onto my two story town house. He wasnt even up there more than a few minutes when he finds the problem. There was a nail that worked its way up from the boards under the shingles. This silly little nail was the source of all my problems. I ask what the next step is and I was told he could seal it up for me so I wont have anymore issues. Pat did indeed seal the small hole from the nail. He asked we keep him updated and if we hear the dripping sound again when it rains. Pat Sr even followed up with us twice to make sure we werent having any issues still. Sure enough, when it started to pour again...there...was...NO DRIPPING SOUND!! We are so ecstatic that this is finally resolved after almost a year of having this issue and being told it was nothing! Pat Sr took the time to actually listen to his customers and get the job done! He was very knowledgeable and polite. You can not go wrong using this company, they know their stuff and can solve the unsolvable; even if its something so small that many others over looked it. If you ever have any issues with your roof, this place is the ONLY place you should be calling. Job very well done!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I also wish I could post pictures on this review as well. Let me start by saying I have NEVER took time out of my day to leave a bad review. Hopefully knowing that will give you an idea at how disappointed I am with their service. We had a corner area of our roof that we noticed was leaking water. We hired Bayside to do the repair. After the repair was finished, the leak got worse. They did promptly come back out and redo the area and I was pleased with the outcome....except that the roof looked completely unfinished. They said that they didnt finish it because they needed to give it a couple days to make sure water was no longer leaking. I contacted them and didnt hear back. I contacted them again a week later and they said that they were short-handed but the same roofer would be out that week to finish everything. 3 weeks went by and he never came out. I kept emailing pictures and asking them to finish the job... assuming they were still booking jobs even though my roof was sitting in the elements unfinished for months at this point. Again, they responded a week later saying the same roofer would come out and finish it. I took a day off work...he never showed up. When he did show up days later, he left a card on my front door. The roof looked exactly as it did before. They did not mud the creases between the tiles and the wall leaving a 2-3 inch gap, there was silicone glue covering all the cracks in the tile that looked like a 3rd grade hot-glue gun project gone wrong, the tiles were not lined up to the point where I could see right underneath them since they were sticking up... it literally looked like the tiles were going to slide off at any moment. He also left the metal soffit coverings (under the gutter) out for me to put back up every time. (?) I was beyond nice at voicing my concerns. They never apologized or offered to fix it. They got their money and ran. I finally got the money together to have the roof finished. I had two companies come out to consult what it would need to fix it (both companies were APPALLED at the state they left the roof). I went with the cheaper of the two and spent almost $2,000 to finish what they should have done in the first place. Again, I wish I could post pictures so you can see how bad it was. Please go with another company....please.

Poor workmanship. Terrible costumer service. I have capled left messages, emailed pics , spoken to anyone who would answer including the "owner" to no avail. It took 2 weeks to get a gutter rehung that they left dangling. Left nails all throughout our driveway. And they tried to get us to pay in cash. The employees dropped material through my skylight and hit my wife in the head. Not to mention I had just redone our ceilings and just finished all painting a week before the roof was done. Now I have to redo all 3 recess where they ripped out the skylight out and instead of cutting the caulk sealant where the skylight frame meets the inside of our home so it ripped out parts of the drywall. Then they charge me $2600 for facia and to remove and rehang gutters. But the gutters now leek and the left a 10ft section dangling off our garage. Talking to these people to get mistakes fixed is completely ridiculous. Im told the owner pat, was on his way to look it over himself so I cancel our plans and wait in till 9pm and he never called or showed. Speaking of fascia, where the garage comes to meet the home is our entrance, they replaced the 1×6 1x4 fascia that looks like a toddler done it. The wood in the corner does not even match up and they left gaps so wide I can fit my thumb and forefinger in it. How am I supposed to paint This? I paid More than $17000 and have then had to replace 2 car tires and put a new tire on a brand new rider mower because of nails. I would never recommend this company especially if your home is in the $250k + range. Leaving gutters hang and terrible woodwork and service. If I could rate 0 or negative 4 stars if I could. Beware of this company.
