I was unhappy with the job. I had leaks in my roof, causing damage to my soffits. They came out and gave me an estimate They said they would come out and take down the soffits and find out where the leaks were coming from and take rotten wood out, and fix the problem. Also replace with cedar instead of partical board. Workers didnt come out with cedar. They said it didnt come in one inch and would have to be milled, which would cost a lot more. I agreed to put the "junk board" back on. They did a good job on the front corner of the house where the most damage was. On the other areas, they took off rotten soffit and you can see the plywood on the eves of the roof were rotten, from a roof leak. They put up new soffits, but did not fix the leaks or replace the rotten plywood on the roof. They said it would be extra because it wasnt on the estimate. Why would you not put that on the estimate? Make sure they write everything they tell you, on your estimate! My fault for not having everything that was said, put into writing!
