Erik Williams of ThunderBay Roofing is the ultimate professional when it comes to roofing. He takes photos and explains everything so you can understand the problems with your roof and how he intends to correct them. We used ThunderBay for our commercial building, which has a flat roof, and Erik is a flat roofing specialist! It was very difficult to find someone who truly knows how to repair leaks with this type of roofing, but Erik had so much experience in this area he made it look easy. Ive seen the work he has done on other roofs whether they are tile, asphalt or other types of roofing, and ThunderBay can do them all. Extremely pleased with Thunder Bays work. Erik, came out to evaluate my roofing situation (broken tiles) took pictures and showed me all the problem areas as well as their solutions. Unfortunately, the company that manufactured my tile had gone out of business so he was able to locate similar ones and put them in an inconspicuous place and move several original tiles onto the front of my roof and they matched perfectly. The estimate was fair and the work was performed timely wiyhout interuption to my daily activities. Highly recommend.

Thunder Bay did a great job repairing a roof on our previous home, which is now (probably about 8 years later or more) a rental home. The roof is still going strong. We are about to use them again on another roof, and I feel confident that they are going to do another fantastic job. Very polite, professional, and honest, which is sometimes hard to find when you are not a roofer yourself and dont really understand the ins and outs.
