My water heater valve busted while I was out of town and I came home to a mess. Then the water mitigation company came and tore out my flooring and a foot of the wall down the hallway. Then Tim Holcomb came to do an estimate for the restoration of my home. Soon Marv Cenci came as the project manager. I dont have a lot of experience dealing with this type of situation, but I cannot imagine a better experience and outcome than I received from these gentlemen. These two men and the people that did the work for them were absolutely fantastic. I was kept informed on the process and progress every step of the way. They were extremely professional, friendly and respectful. My home was restored to absolute perfection and I am beyond satisfied. I would recommend Campbell DKI without hesitation to anyone who needs work done on their home. Thank you guys so much!!!

Our sump pump overflowed causing flooding in our basement. We called Campbell DKI and they arrived within 15 minutes of calling at 7:30 AM. Their technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and really cared about our home. They brought industrial grade dehumidifiers, heaters and high-speed centrifugal air movers to create airflow across the walls and evaporating moisture. I highly recommend this company and their service!
