My husband and I highly recommend Ken Phillips and his business First Choice Roofing. Theyve provided work for our customers and when we followed up with them, they stated they were very pleased with his work, his desire to do a quality job and cleaned everything up after completion which is hard to find in this industry. They are an honest company, and are about quality service rather than just selling a job. If repairs can be done, Ken will do this where others will try to sell a full roof replacement. They also offer reasonable roof maintenance plans which can help extend the life of any roof plus help prevent a problem that can turn into major issues with leaks, etc. I highly recommend calling Ken for a free roof inspection and to discuss the maintenance plans to help protect your investment.

Aaron from 1st choice Roofing came Out the same day I called during the rain and tarped off my section and identified the problem. But because of heavy rains that week was backed up on repairs. Promised to come back with the quoted materials and time to repair and was their promptly. Did the work on time and very professionally then guaranteed the job for one full year which is standard to my surprise. Made sure their were no other issue or concerns before he left as the rains were still going to be heavy that week. Very professional and knowledgeable. Hard to find a great contractor these days. But a great experience from this company and Aaron their Employee!!! In my opinion.

I had a tree fall on my house two weeks ago with this last storm and had a hole in my roof. So I called around to see who was a available to repair my roof that I had just had put on 9 mths ago and First Choice roofing was the first to call me back even though they were busy with all the other people needing their roofs done. Corey Hay that works for First Choice came out today and fixed my roof. He matched the same shingles I had put on 9 mths ago perfect and he did such an awesome job you cannot tell there was anything ever wrong. He was very professional and curtious. I would highly recommend using First Choice for all your roofing needs.

First Choice Roofing did an amazing job on my home. The whole crew was quick, clean, and very professional. The roof came off, the new one went on, and the mess was cleared away without them missing a thing. The price was extremely competitive but the service was priceless. First Choice also gave me options for maintenance on the new roof. They carefully explained each step of the process from beginning to end and took the time to answer all of my questions. During heavy rains I noticed water coming in from my bedroom ceiling. I looked on my roof but found nothing noticeably wrong.I called 1st Choice roofing and they had somebody over the same day! Thinking I needed a whole new roof Aaron found a section where some nails backed out and created a leak.After locating and repairing the leak my ceiling is now leak free! Because of their honesty and quick response I will use and recommend them for all my roofing needs.Thank you 1st Choice roofing!

I met 1st Choice Roofing a few years ago and didnt know much about them. Over the years I have been able to refer them several times all with excellent feedback. Ken and his staff are extremely knowledgable, educate you on the RIGHT way to do things and will never steer you into a purchase that is not needed. The most impressive feedback I get is that they are very clean and fast!! I highly recommend you contact 1st Choice before any other!

Originally said would start in 3 weeks it was actually 7 weeks and they never called us. It was impossible to get a hold of these ppl. Clean up wasnt done very well. 3 lawn mower tires and 3 tires on automobiles. Took forever to get inspection done the county kept saying the roofer had to schedule it and the roofer kept saying the opposites. It almost held up the closing on my house. Wouldnt recommend

The staff and workers have been pleasant and professional. Came on short notice to put a quick repair on a leak just hours before the big rains started. Much appreciated. Cory returned later, as promised, and did an efficient, speedy, permanent repair. Cory was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. I recommend these people and this company. Extremely pleased and highly recommend! We had 1st Choice out to replace our roof. The price was great and they even offered financing which was really helpful. Job got completed ahead of schedule and when they were done the yard was cleaner then before they started. I would highly recommend if you are looking for quality and reliability and a fair cost.
