Roof do your homework… Without a hesitancy I can DECIDEDLY recommend WESTCHASE ROOFING COMPANY from start to finish they ARE notches above, the best construction company that has ever worked for my family, I’ve had contractors work for me in my lifetime, they are truly EXCEPTIONAL firm. From the initial consultation to the completed project they are far and above the rest in their line of work. They don’t nickel and dime you on this truly expensive investment what they say is what they deliver. Range of pricing was significant along with ADDED charges from the other firms I spoke. Extra charges were all over the place plywood, stacks, venting, time of the year, oil prices and guarantees. The quote is the quote. My ROOF recommendations for anyone considering a new roof is that you do your homework. When all was said and done I had nine estimates for my home I found each time I would learn more about the process and about the company you are dealing with. Nine could be over kill but three is not enough, you might consider five. All but one had extra fee’s but one WESTCHASE ROOFING COMPANY. Stephen

Very good service all the way through. They came out for the estimate on-time and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would. I was also pleased with how soon they were able to schedule the service at the time. The time between the original call and the roof’s completion was about a week. I am very pleased with the appearance of the roof, and I’ve already gotten some compliments on it from my neighbors.

Westchase responded quickly to an emergency replacement I needed after the last severe storm. The inspection and replacement service were both booked within a few days, and our roof was entirely replaced not long after. We were not charged an unreasonable amount even though every was done on a very limited schedule to stay ahead of more oncoming weather.
