Absolutely the worse experience with any contractor. I took the day off work for the originally scheduled appointment (a Friday), at 10:00 am there was no sign of the roofers so I called to verify the appointment and was told they called to cancel but the phone was bad (they had multiple numbers). Hearing the irritation in my voice they said they would see what they could do. They called back within a 1/2 hour and "made arrangements" to have someone out by 11, it did start to rain so I figured the appointment was cancelled (no big deal we understand they cant work in the rain) and at 12:45 they called to cancel. Later the same day WE HAD to call to find out when the next appointment was set for, we were reschedule for the following Monday. Monday came and again we were rained out (rain chances were 90%), they called us late in the afternoon to cancel (glad I watched the weather and didnt take another day off). AGAIN WE contacted them to inquire about the next opening and they rescheduled for Wednesday. I took Wednesday off and again no call, no show (second day from work lost). WE called late Wednesday afternoon to find out what was going on and were told "I dont know, the crew isnt calling me back and I cant get a hold of them" and they would call as soon as they knew something. On Thursday we ONCE AGAIN had to call them to find find out what was going on, we were told we were rescheduled for Saturday and someone would call us on Friday to tell us what time on Saturday they would be here. Friday and Saturday came and went and once again no call, no show, When WE CALLED them late Saturday morning to find out what was going on and what time to expect someone when they said "sorry we didnt have enough staff and the appointment was cancelled". IF YOU LIKE MISSING WORK, LOSING PAY, WAITING, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LIES AND HAVING TO CALL TO MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE Then this is the company for you.

We purchased a home that the pre of owner had Farrell do several repairs. Each time he had a leak, it was never that they didnt repair the same spot properly, it was a new leak, in the same spot. We found the repair that was just completed was still leaking during our home inspection. We wanted our own roofer to repair, but owner wanted Farrell to rectify it. so he paid them, a lot of money. They stated we would have a 90 day warranty, not 6 months written in their contract. So I called to have them honor their word and warranty. She said it isnt a warranty, only an estimate, they never did the repairs. Well the previous homeowner has a receipt that he paid them and they didnt do any work? Wow! How many other people do they scam and dont actually do the work? STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS FROM THEM!!!!!

It has been exactly 1 year and 2 days since Farrell Roofing supposedly finished the roof of the building where I work at Family Fitness Centers US 19 NPR, FL. Every time it rains it still leaks in the same spots where it did prior to their "service". I can say that I have talked to them over 100 times about this problem, and when someone from the company shows up they had no idea what was going on. I have to do the same thing every time one of their employees shows up; I have to stop what i am doing and walk them around the and show them every spot where we have a leak just like the last person. You would think notes would be taken and something would be done temporarily until they are able to fix the issue. I STRONGLY recommend that nobody use this company for their roofing or other services.

If you ever find yourself needing a new roof, buyer beware. Read your entire contract even if its 16 pages. Read the fine print; make sure you know if replacement wood is included. If not, get in writing an exact dollar amount. Some contractors give you an estimate including the wood (Domogawa Roofing), but some (Farrell Roofing) give you an estimate but hide the additional cost of wood in the small print. Make sure you get a notarized Supplier’s Waiver of Lien and Contractor’s Affidavit of no liens. Or you may pay twice for the same job if the roofers don’t pay their suppliers. Farrell Roofing gave me an estimate for $5,600.00 but they charged me an additional $1,730.00 for extra wood, Domogawa Roofing was going to do the same job including all wood for $6,000.00 with no hidden costs.

Let me start by saying farrell does an OUTSTANDING roofing job!!! I will say I did have a few minor complications after the job was done not regarding the roof but a poor cleanup job and some damage to my garden plants. I was a little bit upset at first and called and talked to a supervisor Steve. He agreed to give me break on the bill as a good token and to replace any damages and for my cleanup time. I gave him the opportunity to take care of it and he took it and finished the job and made me a happy customer. Things come up no matter what company you use but Farrell did a great job and in the spots they did drop the ball they made it right within 24hours!

We had a great experience. Replaced 55 year old metal roof with a standing seam metal roof. The owner showed up almost immediately to give me a quote. The schedule was delayed more than I expected, but I really dont think this is unique to Farrell Roofing and weather plays a big role. The roofers showed up like an army and almost had the whole thing done in a day. Super fast, VERY tidy, and very considerate of obstructions & things that could be damaged from falling old shingles (like my AC). Took pictures of any rotten wood that needed to be replaced. The quote was accurate and clear. Overall, it was clear cut and well done :)

I would never recommend this company to anyone! Im the Fitness Director at Family Fitness US 19, and we have had numerous problems with our roof that was worked on by Farrell Roofing. For the last year, we have had leaks in the roof that have created puddles and safety concerns for the members our gym. We have contacted the company to get these leaks repaired and their workers have been very incompetent. None of the repairs have been done to rectify the situation. We are extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and workmanship. Do not bother working with this business or your company will be DEVASTATED!

Highly recommend Farrell Roofing. Had a leak caused by a branch that left a hole in my 18 year old roof. Roy came to the house, he was professional and kind, found the hole and repaired it immediately. He could have tried to sell me a new roof given its age, but he was honest and fixed it quickly. I got a fast appointment, he arrived on time and they worked around my work schedule. Couldnt be more happy and I will call them again when the roof needs to be replaced. Thank you, Farrell!

WARNING !!!!! Do not even think of considering this company. The most unprofessional, unethical business practices I have dealt with in my entire life. Staff is rude. 0% customer service. Actually showed up to take my roof off the day Hurricane Matthew was coming through.,,,claimed they watch the Doppler system and didnt show any rain. Poured on my home for hours that day. Please take my warning and save yourself the headache of dealing with them. Hire a professional service.
