We at PC Techman Miami location take pride in our outstanding services, Normally I never write or post back to any customers but when any customer is using the "racist card" or the Defamation of Character attitude towards any one of my staff then I deem it necessary to defend and set the record straight! That being said, the first and foremost important thing to us is to take good care of our customers in every sense of the word, many times we go out of our way in helping, instructing and educating our customers who may not be so tech savvy or who genuinely want a little more personal attention (something you rarely get in the so called BIGGER COMPANIES). So lets shed some light on a couple of erroneous issues in order of importance: #1-We do not refer to any one as "These People" because of your ethnicity, religious believe, sexual orientation, skin color etc, or do we use any demeaning slurs, this is not who we are, or for what stand for, we are all just "PEOPLE" period! #2- Dianelys is the girl who repairs all the tablets and cell phones, she prefers to speak in SPANISH as she is perfecting her English, therefore most of our interaction with her is mostly in Spanish. I dont speak Spanish with her on premises or on the phone as for the customer not to understand us, its just her native language and she feels comfortable speaking it. Besides this is Miami I dont think speaking in Spanish should come as a surprise to anyone or taken offensively. #3- When I referred to any of the bigger businesses I was trying to show a point, that out of the kindness of our heart we would have given a replacement battery within 30 days at the most. (Other shops might not even consider a 3 day return, or any for that matter) Yet it is unfeasible to come here or any OTHER BUSINESS four months later (120 days later) and demand or expect a refund or an exchange just because you are a customer or because you spend "X" amount of money in the past AND MOST CERTAINLY NOT IN A THREATENING MANNER THAT YOUR GOING TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW". Reviews can be positive or negative thats a customers prerogative, but my business doesnt thrive on reviews good or bad and neither should any company, and by no means should a customer try to bully or use the social media as an avenue or means to threatened a business owner to comply to their whims thats why there are policies and procedures in place at any business or establishment, to avoid these very situations. Not all policies need not to be "POSTED UP" we usually use a verbal means of communication on our return, refund and guarantee policies some are just common sense within a retail environment and in the year 2017 going into 2018. #4- When a customer brings a damaged / unrepairablea or non working computer its just that.....Damaged or unrepairable we are not magicians or miracle workers we try our best to repair or salvage any computer or system. IF YOU BRING A COMPUTER THAT HAS A DAMAGED HARD DRIVE AND YOU WANT A BACKUP REMEMBER YOU BROUGHT IT IN "DAMAGED" there is only so much we can do as far as saving, restoring or recovering your data! some files cannot be recovered therefor we never, ever use any "signed agreements" for this type of work because everyone knows data recovery is never guaranteed 100% its impossible to know by looking at a Hard Drive how damaged damaged is . Last but not least if you feel that "it is better to go to a bigger company" then by all means do so we do not force anyone to come here, on the contrary if theres something we dont fix here like (TVs, Microwaves, Copiers) we do recommend other businesses. PC Techman Miami is here to help you as much as we can without taking advantage of you, respecting you by not talking all that Tech Jargon or making anyone feel less smart like in some other IT businesses, thats why we have been here for 8 great years and counting. We are growing and expanding thanks to so many of you loyal and awesome customers. We are looking forward to opening two new locations in the near future to serve all of you and all of The Greater Miami.

I am a health insurance agent and this is the very best place to go when you need your computers fixed by professionals that truly care. My computer had stopped working all of a sudden and i tried to repair it myself (thought I could, I thought it was an easy task) wow was I wrong! I took it in and Victor explained to me my different options and what each would cost, he gave me his professional opinion yet he didnt try to push the most expensive one, that was a new one for me as in most businesses the sales people or the owners always opt to get the most out of your wallet. That was so nice to see and it made me feel really sure I made the right choice of going here specially since it was recommended to me by my son. In my effort to do a self repair I manged to delete or remove files from my hard drive or memory and i was terrified thinking I had lost very sensitive documents and pictures. Victor did explain to me that he would try his best to recover my files but also helped me realize that when your operating system becomes corrupt, files can get lost as well or become unrecoverable. I would say 95% of my files were recovered, I was so happy that almost all were salvaged that i truly didnt mind that the others that were not. I did learn one valuable lesson with this, and that is that it was my responsibility for doing my weekly backups and not waiting for havoc to strike. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PC TECHMAN AND VICTOR WHO IS A WIZ AND A PROFESSIONAL. Last but not least, If you need your cell phone or tablets repaired, there is a girl named Dianelys who does an awesome job right on the spot as that is her specialty.

They also do phone repairs in this location. My Dad had a battery replacement on his iPhone 5 and it stoped charging about 6 weeks after the repairs but he was in Jamaica. He came and I took the phone in and I was told the guarantee is only 30 days. I told them to to please show me something in the store and also something I signed showing 30 days. He proceeded to say if I went to best buy would they fix something pass their guarantee. I reminded him that previously had spent $800.00 on a computer repair that he was not able to repair based on our signed agreement and I did not ask him back for any refund on that repair. He placed a call to the young lady who did the repairs and was speaking to her in Spanish unaware that we spoke Spanish to which she proceeded to ask him if "these people " expected a lifetime warranty. I dont know if she was implying Jamaican people but I guarantee you he was right about one thing....... it is better to go to a bigger company.

Go LITERALLY anywhere else. Did a great job replacing Windows 10 with Windows 7 and installing Office. Did a lousy job backing up my data or resolving reboot or WiFi issues. I lost pictures of my kids, my deceased parents, videos, etc. Plus they didnt seem to grasp the importance of disabling Google drive sync before wiping my hard dive, which meant my students assignments that were uploaded over the weekend disappeared. That is a glaring error in my book. To be fair, they did refund the charge for backing up the hard drive but we still will look elsewhere for repairs in the future. Edit: Computer will not connect to WiFi at all now - no diagnostics will work and suggestions to physically switch the WiFi switch from his Windows 7 installation has no basis in my laptops physical switch absence reality. This guy Victor has no idea what he is doing. Dont let him touch your equipment! Go literally anywhere else.
