Moto: "Recycling Buyback, We buy & recycle old computers." Website description: "Fix my PC Store offers to buy your old computers so that we may recycle and refurbish the parts to be used in other products. Currently, we are only offering buybacks on computers dating back to the Windows Vista operating system." I call BS, I was trying to sell my computers/parts for little money so I can buy a new motherboard for my newly built computer. But do to management they cant buy the parts I had because the parts dont have a warranty on the items. Why would a 2008 computer part have a warranty still? I would simply would have taken $10 per part so they can recycle them so I dont have to haul these parts around anymore, but nope... do to management. Lastly, how about when you create a website include ALL the details without having people waste gas in order to find out that you cant solve their problem. Best of all there arent even that many PC stores in the West Palm Beach area, maybe one or two stores (include this store), shouldnt you be better than this? Now my best bet is to sell these parts on eBay or Craigslist. I will NOT be going to this PC Store anytime soon. You have failed the city.

The worst service ever. They changed my hard drive and when I took my pc home it was open They did not even close my pc properly. Well I said not big deal ? right? Well ,I asked them to save my pictures I put it on my back up ( IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE JOB THEY WERE DOING) thEy did not save my pictures because my hard drive was too damage ... they asked for more money to work on it I went home and my hobby was able to get the pictures Out of it with nooo problem. Could you believe it ? Is NOT OVER YET. my windows is not even Genuine ...if you know what that mean they did not even activated my windows ( I already have my license ) but they gave me a fake windows. When I tried to put the product key myself it wont let me since they messed up everything. Never again ...I suggest you to go somewhere else. they do not know what they doing. What is worst ? I called the store and they told me to bring the pc back and they might charge me if they notice something wrong with it .... are u serious ? they sucked and I have to pay for it ? MORE ?

Fix my PC Store at 10140 Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach is Horrible company!!! My Issue is still not resolved. I brought my computer in for a power source. When I went to pick it up on 03/17/2014, the side panel was off. I asked the associate Mat what happened and he said he couldnt find it. Bottom line is that Mat said he was ordering the part, I just left there today and he said he ordered the part 3 times and he received the wrong side. I am getting the run around, no return phone calls and I have been back to the store location 4 times to get an update and then they make me wait in the lobby each time for 20-25 min searching the back for a part he knows he does not have. Oh and by the way. I have my paid invoice with Wills hand writing on it stating that my part had been ordered and will be replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIX MY PC STORE FOR ANYTHING! I ALSO, i read the reviews on here prior to going to this store. Funny how none of the good reviews have photos of the people giving the review. Makes me wonder are the good reviews even real?

I needed to add storage to my existing laptop and so I gave the guys here a new hard drive to install and asked them to transfer the old hard drive onto it. They did the job just fine but each time I called or visited I talked to a different story. This led to some problems. First, the quote I got by e-mail was not honored when I got to the store with the computer. I was told the guy who sent the e-mail made a mistake. I was charged the revised, significantly higher amount with no apology. Second, I had a deadline when I needed ti back and they said they could easily meet it. Not true. It took them nearly 2 extra days to make the transfer, and each time I called I was told it was nearly finished. In the end, I cant say I wasnt satisfied but when good faith agreements are made about price and work time, the store should honor them.--or at least make amends--or apologize!

I brought in 2 phones. Minor repairs but I got major customer service. They didnt make a killing on me, but they treated me like my business mattered! Fixed one of my iphone screens and even polished it up. Looked brand new when I got it back. They werent able to repair the other because my circuit board was completely shot, and the cost of that repair would have exceeded the cost of a brand new phone. They did everything they could to try to fix it though. Paid as quoted. No hidden costs. I paid only $25 to diagnose the problem and that fee went against the cost of the repair. If you have multiple devices you will pay separate diagnoses fees, but its so nominal that it doesnt matter. Every time I went in I was greeted by a new face, so even though they seem small, they seem to have a big crew in the back. Turn around time was same day. Great store, will use again.

I brought my phone to have the screen replace, for the touch screen wasnt working. They replaced the screen, but called me and said that wasnt the problem. The tech asked if had ever dropped the phone in water. I advised him no, and asked if their was any indication of the phone being wet. The tech advised no. He went to say that sometimes its hard to tell, and he wanted to clean the phone. The tech was sure this was the problem. The tech then told he cleaned the phone, but it still wasnt working. At this time I was told it was probably the mother board. I advised that I wasnt interested in going any further. When i went to store to pickup i was told that the total was going to be 75.00, I looked at the phone and noticed damage where they tried to repair the screen. I do not recommend this business.

These guys are miracle workers (a BIG thank you to Jason and the entire team!!!) We brought in an old and heavily infected PC recently ... I had initially received bad news from Jason that all of my old files would be lost due to the hard drive breaking down on us because of the virus.... when I went to pick up the PC we turned it on and I could not have received a better gift than to see all of our old files still alive and well! Their service was superb and the work completed was a miracle ... I highly recommend Fix My PC store for any and all computer needs!!!
