Absolutely incredible, incredible service. After BestBuys Geek Squad did a number on my computer, the Geeks at Tweeks were unstoppable. They called to let me know exactly what had gone wrong with my computer, how it had gone wrong, and what could be done to fix it. One day after this phone call, the computer was ready. I brought it home and the machine, once sluggish and on the brink of death, came back to me an absolute powerhouse. All issues, and more, fixed. They backed up my computer instore as opposed to Best Buy which makes you buy an external youll never use again so when I got my computer back from Tweeks, it was exactly as I had left it except with none of the problems. They were attentive, incredibly knowledgable, and very gifted with a computer. The price of the entire checkup was also an absolute steal. I kinda felt bad that such incredible service came so cheap. With a four year old motherboard, now Im saving up to take my computer back to get an upgrade. From now on, I know who to call! SCAD students, animation, VFX and Architecture, you guys have got to bring your stuff here.

Honestly, the best place to get a laptop fixed. These guys are incredible and saved me $1000. I cracked my macbook screen and I went to one place that told me it would be $250 just for a diagnostic then between $500-$1300 just to replace it. I looked online and everywhere said that itd be no less that $500-$600 so I went ahead and just bought a new laptop. The same day I bought the laptop, I found out about Tweaks By Geeks. I went to the store, was greeted by a really friendly and helpful staff, and was told that they could buy the part for the screen and replace it for $225, less than the diagnostic would have been at the other place. I paid $75 for the parts so I could take my laptop home and got a call 3 days later saying that the part had come in. I took my laptop in at 5 pm (they close at 6pm) and got it back at 11am the next morning. Smooth, fast, and amazing service, helpful and funny staff, and unbelievably satisfied customer. Seriously, these guys know what theyre doing.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE Excellent tech work/horrible business ethics and customer service Quoted a price to retrieve 5 years of work data from a flash drive but was charged more than double the quote WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT me. When I asked if they would negotiate, female owner (?) was hostile and rude. Said I lied about quote and that I was lucky to have work done because no one else does it. Said shed rather get zero than less. Under circumstances I was forced to pay to get the data, I told her its bad business to charge double a quote without contacting the customer . She actually came from around the desk to yell an insult out of the door at me as I was leaving. Hopefully, her very skilled employees will start a competition business where the customer comes first. Based on my horrible experience with her Im sure all readers will get the opportunity to see her blame and insult the customer when she responds to my review.

I paid 50.00 for my diagnostic test and they said it was a motherboard issue and it would cost me $300.00 more to fix it. I paid and got a call 2 weeks later asking me to pay $70.00 to replace my battery. I paid again and got my macbook back. Within a week the same problem again with the motherboard. They told me to bring it in and they would send it off again. One month later I finally received my macbook back. It took a whole school semester (3 months) for me to get my macbook repaired. The funny thing is I paid all of this money and ITS STILL BROKE (to this day) and I refuse to pay anymore or wait anymore for NOTHING. They are very friendly but I am very dissatisfied with their service. MacBook Owners BEWARE!

I am still amazed and so, so greatful. I had been using a external monitor and keyboard; since I had been told my lap top was bad but the hard drive was still ok. Well when it finally "crashed" John and Abe (I called him Dave) gave me the best news ever concerning my lap top! It is working great with the new ram that went bad. Could have saved myself some money if I had just gone there first. Lesson learned; just because they are not a "big box" doesnt mean they are more expensive but it does mean they are alot smarter. Yeah for the Montgomery Crossroads Tweaks by Geeks team. I WILL be telling everyone I know about you!

I cant thank these guys enough. Wonderful company, whose employees really go the extra mile for you. My computer was so infected it locked up, then I got "No Boot Device". They not only cleaned me right up, but also saved my data (years and years of family pictures). Be patient, trust and listen to what they recommend, theyve been around almost 10 years for a reason.

Toby was really great, he way exceeded expectations. Drppped off computer Friday afternoon and wanted to pick up next day, he stayed late past closing to get me done and I could tell he was taking extra time to make sure all the stuff on my previous computer was on my new one and he explained everything. Highly recommend these people!
