Mac Wizard Service, ran by Joel and his team, is the 1 stop shop for all computer, and hard drive needs in Miami. I took my Mac Pro in, along with a host of problems that appeared on numerous hard drives after years of Pro Tools use. The problems on my machine were not easy to diagnose nor fix. After 2 weeks and a lack of progress with Apples support team, I knew I needed a professional in Miami who had the skill set to help me get through this. Mac Wizard Service proved to be the best team to get the job done. I live in North Miami, and Mac Wizard Service is down in Kendall. But the trip was well worth it. In fact, Id travel even further for their unbeatable level of service. Not only did Joel fix all the equipment, he went over and above the call of duty, bringing in specialists, recommending solutions, running tests, charging very reasonable pricing, and offering advice and moral support throughout the whole ordeal. Dealing with computer and data problems is a difficult experience for anyone. Mac Wizard Service is a unique shop that will not only get you back up and running, but they treat all their customers as top priority. I strongly recommend Mac Wizard Service -- and speaking personally, I wouldnt use another shop.

They have a superb service! Joel Bosch is a genius, hes very cooperative and explains computer issues clearly, hes very knowledgeable about his business. Before I went there, I visited three places looking for repair estimates to fix my iMac computer that was completely inoperative. One reputable repair service store gave me an estimate that made me feel very disappointed with my bad luck and not knowing what to do. Two repair shops told me Data could not be recuperated from my iMac. I called PC & Mac Wizard Service because of the good reviews I read about them. Joel recuperated all my iMac Data, installed the latest operating system which I found it was great, made a back up copy of all my files, organized all very neatly and easy for me to find, his service charge was very reasonable and after that, he answered his phone every time I asked him a question about the new operating system. This is the first good review Ive ever made in my life. I feel it is the least I could do to express my gratitude.

Margaret- So my macbook crashed on me two weeks ago.. i panicked & did some research on-line on where to get it fixed. I called a few places but they werent really knowledgeable on what couldve been the issue. They urged that i take it to get diagnosed but that there would be a charge. I then came across PC wizard & spoke with Joel & Aileen & they offered an extensive explanation on what the issue could most likely be. I brought it in & immediately felt that they were being 100% honest in diagnosing the problem!! Not only did they repair my macbook but they also did everything possible to keep it running like a brand new computer. I strongly suggest that before going to apple to please give these guys a go they will offer the best customer service & reasonable prices around for any computer repairs!! The staff is super friendly, attentive & well informed. Thank you guys for taking care of my macbook & bringing her back to life!! i am endlessly thankful!! :)

5 Star Service all All The Way!!!! I am person that does not trust people with my personal Computers, or Laptops much less giving them into be repaired. I am the type of person that dont trust a soul. However when i went to PC & Mac Wizard, I was Amazed with Liz there Administrator/Technician i was created with a bright smile and a genuine persona. Then i met the Owner Alex very patient and Trustworthy gentleman, I also met Oscar his Advance Technician, and i then felt comfortable with leaving my Apple MacBook Pro 17" Inch laptop w/ Water Damage to be accessed for damages. They called me let me know what my options are.. They managed to save my laptop, and secure my Hard-drive. At an EXCELLENT Charge!! I am Theee Happiest Camper out there. Thanks to the Team!! I recommend to Everyone!!! Reviews like these say a lot about Companies in the Service Industry, and there Team!!!

I usually read a lot of reviews online, but have almost never left one. The service Ive received from this company has been Excellent. After the initial diagnosis, the problem is explained in detail, and you get billed exactly for what needs to be repaired, no surprises at the end. The techs were ready and willing to explain the whole situation, how it was going to be corrected and how long would it take. Sure enough, they were right on point and I got my computer back and running in two days!! I really enjoy this type of real, sincere service. I have had my computer serviced and then referred friends who received the same amazing service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking forward to receive a serious and completely professional job. Whenever my next computer problem arises, my first call will DEFININTELY be to PC & Mac Wizard Service.

Atttention!!!! If you need anything fixed for your Mac computer...THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU HAVE TO GO TO!!!! After doing a little search online I came across their website and gave them a call. They pretty much diagnosed my computer issue over the phone. When I brought my iMac in for service, they were very helpfull and professional. They were transperant with what would have to be done to fix the problem and made me feel like fixing my computer was their top priority (and were also fair with pricing). Now my Mac works like it just came out of the box. It has been a long time since ive received such a high level of customer service and support like this. These guys are the best!!! Id rather go straight to PC & Mac Wizard before ever going to the Mac store with questions or issues. Trust me, theyre the best in Miami...hands down!

I got a keyboard problem with my 3yo mac book air. I went to Apple Store and they tried to charge me 550$ to change the complete keyboard panel or buy a new mac. They didnt give me any other option. I decided to look for alternative and found Mac Wizard. On the same day, just walking in, they were able to look at my computer, open it and tell me what was wrong with it. My keyboard was extremely dirty, they just had to clean it and they needed to reset the logic board. At the end it cost me 75$ and my computer is working like a charm ! I never write any reviews but this time its worth giving credit to this team of professional people. Thank you so much for fixing my mac and making me save LOT of money ! F**K you Apple for trying to steal peoples money !!!

From beginning to end, the experience you receive at Mac Wizard is like no other. I have a 2009 MacBook Pro that had a bad hard drive. I called Joel on a Saturday morning and he told me to come right in. In less that 30 minutes he had taken a look at the computer, taken it apart and advised me that the hard drive had failed and needed to be replaced. I also informed him that the computer had some water damage so he inspected it and gave me my options. This is the type of person and company you want dealing with your computer needs. He took the problem off my hands, gave me his honest and professional advise, fixed it and gave it back to me better than when I first purchased the computer with an upgraded hard drive. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!!
