I went into HHI Computer Guys when my old laptop completely died two weeks before I was getting married and moving away. The service I recieved was exceptional. They werent able to retrieve any information off of that computer, but I am certain that they did everything that they could have done, and did so in a very timely manner. I was called almost daily to be updated on the status of the repair. When all was said and done and they had tried three or four different things to recover the hard drive (which apparently was REALLY fried), they found the best price on a new hard drive, ordered it for me, and installed a new copy of Windows (which was actually an upgraded version for that computer) so I could run the thing again. They did not charge me for any of the time that they spent working on my computer, nor did they charge me for the copy of Windows that they installed. Nobody likes it when their computer dies, but the HHI Computer guys actually made it a pleasant experience, and my computer didnt even get "fixed". The good news is, I finally had a reason to buy myself a shiny new computer (that hopefully wont be dying any time soon) and my stepkids have an "extra" computer to use for homework/internet/whatever. Thanks HHI Computer Guys!

Hi I recently had a problem with my computer and took it to the Geek Squad for repair. After charging us almost $300. and numerous trips back to Best Buy it still didnt work properly. It was loaded with viruses. We decided to take our computer with us on our vacation to Hilton Head thinking that we could find someone there to help us. Boy did we luck out. We found HHI Computer Guys. They were amazing. Not only did they fix our computer but they continued to troubleshoot remotely when we returned to Chicago. And refused to invoice us. Scott and his team are great. Very knowledgeable, professional and will figure out how to solve your problem. Its rare that you come across a group like HHI Computer Guys. They are the best. I had a fairly new Windows 8 laptop. In a short time, I had problems with applications, printing and Microsoft Office Suite. I could not open Word or Excel, and then Outlook stopped working. The final straw was a black screen upon logging in. I took the laptop to HHI Computer Guys. Once it was in Scotts hands, everything was cleaned up. I had a number of viruses, malware and spyware. Scott now has the Microsoft Office Suite up and running, new anti-virus software and Malware Bytes. Scott also gave me a list of updates I can allow, and tips for downloading programs. I am so happy with Scotts repair and excellent service that I have signed up for a six month maintenance review.

I was planning to buy a desktop computer from one of internet companies. I stopped by Hilton Head Island Computer Guys to ask few questions about system configuration. Not only all my questions were answered but also I was given great suggestions. While I was asking all these questions (lots of them) I have never felt like an “intruder” or being rushed. After such positive experience I decided to order parts and asked Scott to build it. When I came to the office to schedule an appointment my computer was already assembled and ready to use (few days ahead). Bottom line: being HHI Computer Guys customer was a great experience. I recommend their services to anyone.

This is a top notch outfit. My computer died, I brought it in, they determined the problem the same day. Within a week the problem was resolved and I ended up with a computer that was better than what I had before. Theres no question that they did right by me and I came out ahead. HHI Computer Guys gave me better service and a better repair than I could have reasonably expected. In fact, Im certain that, overall, I received better service and a much better deal than any of the big store repair departments would have offered. Ive encouraged my friends to contact these folks for their computer needs and I would not hesitate to use HHI Computer Guys again.

Theres no need to suffer from computer trauma caused by a sick computer. HHI Computer Guys are the best techie doctors around. Not only did they solve my printing problem in lightning-fast time at an incredibly reasonable price, but it was the extra services regarding my laptop that also impressed me (maintenance that needed to be done, quicker programs, etc.). I highly recommend their services to anyone living on or near Hilton Head, or just visiting. Thanks again computer guys. Hilary

We relocated our office and Computer Guys quote for doing the relocation as well as upgrading our network equipment was extremely reasonable. The night of the move everything went seamlessly for the work HHI Computer Guys had done. The service provider had some issues, totally unrelated to HHI Computer Guys, but Scott still came over to sort out the other vendors problems. Scott and his team are great folks. Big or small job, Scott and his team can and will handle it.

Having sent my computer to several techs I found the best of the rest. If you are frustrated with your computer contact the Computer Guys. I was extremely impressed with their concerns for my situation and the extent they took to remedy the computer gliches which by way, surfaced after having an update by a so called reputable business. We were visiting HHI for a few days, my wife had a conference. Right before it began, she discovered that she had left her laptop power supply at home. We called the Computer Guys and asked if they had any and they did. They lent us the power supply for a couple of days and refused to take any money for doing so. This is extraordinary customer service, the kind you dont see much of these days. Bravo!

Scott Hoffman of HHI Computer Guys provides outstanding service at very reasonable cost. He consistently does more than any situation requires and is always pleasant and helpful. If work of a certain type entails more than the normal amount of time and effort -- even much more -- Scott will not charge more than the standard fee. I recommend him without reservation.
