If you have a computer problem, please visit this guy than the geek squad. He actually knows his stuff, unlike the geek squad where its hit or miss if the "geeks" there actually know about computers, or they just pretend they do! The prices are very affordable, and as a guy considered tech savvy, I usually ca tell if someones BSing about whats wrong with. A computer, and he doesnt try to tell you you need to repair parts that are fine. If you have a failed stick of ram, he would tell you that you need to purchase a new stick, and he will install it for you!

I had a device repaired, which only took one week to repair. But, that fell short, as the device broke one day after I had gotten it. It took two more weeks to get it back in working condition, and the screen popped out last minute. It did cost less than a new device, but I wouldnt recommend it for speedy service or reliable service either.
