I use Tech Heads for antivirus and love that I can call a real person if I have an issue. I also use them for my business email service and appointment calendar program and love it. It gives my business a level of integrity and credibility I didnt have before. The staff at Tech Heads is great to work with and takes the time to explain options and recommendations in non-techy language.
