100% scam artist. I took my pc there based on reviews on here. I was told the hard drive is junk and 1 memory stick was bad. I knew about the memory stick due to the BSOD error codes but couldnt pin point it. Paul called me from there and told me my hard drive was bad as well. After 2 weeks of waiting for a new hard drive I went and picked it up. I ran 3 separate tests on the hard drive myself to find no errors anywhere on it. I paid for the hard drive up front cause it was special order and I went ahead and paid for the windows reinstall so it was all paid for (my mistake). We are now going on 2 months, the hard drive is still not in, when I called 3 weeks ago it came in and was tested supposedly and found to be bad. He said the new one was on its way. Now I get a Verizon wireless recording when I call and sometimes a fast busy signal. This shop is a scam an the guy that runs it is a scam artist. Owner beware and stay away.

Bought one PC in Sept. 16 to replace my home server, still running great. Bought a second one in Nov. 16 to add to my home network, ran great till a couple weeks ago. Took it in today knowing it wasnt under warranty. He knew exactly what the problem was when I described it. Craig had it up and running in no time. Thats 3 times Ive dealt with Wright Computers. EACH and EVERY time, great service and excellant pricing. Looking forward to my next purchase and visiting with Craig and his wife again.

Extremely satisfied. My computer needed a new hard drive. The hard drive arrived the day after I brought in my laptop and was fixed that day. The pricing is super reasonable and the cheapest Ive found. I will recommend them to everyone I know and they are the only people I will go to for my computer needs.

Went to have laptop checked because of virus ,they cleaned my hard drive and straightened everything else out for me fast,and great prices called other shop in area double the price,and wait for 3 days to have same thing these guys did same day,highly recommend

I didnt even have to go in! I HIGHLY recommend this place. I called on the phone and they walked me through my problem for free! He said that "sometimes its more rewarding to help someone out than to take their money." Seriously, this place is phenomenal!!!

Dont use this company - huge rip off! Stole my wireless card, broke wireless antenna, lied about price of parts and labor. When I called to discuss Craig swore repeatedly at me and hung up. Will be turning company into BBB.
