First off, the company is a single guy working out of his basement, meaning that when i spent $1000 dollars to have a "custom" computer built asap, i had to wait a week while his wife gave birth..... Which i understand but i sent him the money first THEN was told that it would take a week or so for him to get started on building it. Unprofessional! Secondly it took the guy 3 trys to find a motherboard that was compatible with what he was trying to build (shouldnt a professional KNOW what parts go with what before hand??) The 3 tries with the motherboard took and EXTRA 2 weeks. During all this time i am asking for updates and status reports from the company and only got single word or VERY monosyllabic answers, terse short, "stop bothering me" answers. - FINALLY the computer gets here, it actually works very well, nice and fast....then..... Bam...its stops working after a week and a half of running ti just GOES OUT. So i contact Jon @ MDofPC and am told to send it back to Penn from Las Vegas at my own expense (and oh ya, if it breaks enroute your screwed) and he will take a look. Not having the money to ship it back i instead ask for a replacement part, which he orders. Only he ordered the cheapest power supply he could find, and it s was 10watts WEAKER than the original one he sent me.... if 640w wasnt enough then why is 630w any better??? he refused to explain that to me for a whole week, merely replying "Power supply is Enroute" to over 10 emails. I then started asking for a refund, as the whole experience has been a tragic maddening event and i just want to do business with someone with pride in his product and business, and of course was stonewalled AGAIN. I was told"read the ToC" well i got NO ToC, not in the box or anywhere else.... All i want is a full refund, the $1000 dollar computer i bought was poorly built and has never worked as advertised, the man Jon running teh place is the rudest most arrogant SoB i have ever dealt with. He has very little knowledge about computers and will take your money before knowing if he can provide you with what you need. He is a jerk and i am taking him to court to get my money back. He has refused to refund my money, so i have no choice, all i have now is a 1000 dollar piece of plastic. I have told him i would take him to small claims court to which Jon replied, "lol, sometime that happens, good luck" He is trying to stick me with a 15% restocking fee for a broken computer that never worked right..... DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, he is rude and doesnt know the first thing about computers.

Recently I wanted to upgrade my computer. I wanted to increase the ram and add an additional monitor. I was fortunately able to locate MDofPC Doctor of Computers online to inquire about getting some work done. I am a musician and wanted the extra memory to run different musical plug-ins. I told them want I wanted to do and they made valuable suggestions to help upgrade my computer. They were very quick and easy to work with and my computer is now more than I could have ask for. Not only did we increase the ram, but, I knew I needed to get a new motherboard and possibly a new power supply. They installed the new motherboard and power inside a larger case that was needed. I had a quad core processor and was upgraded to a 8 core processor, but the thing that has made me the most pleased is the video card I have which is a AMD XFX Radeon HD 7750 Core Edition. It has enabled me to run my three monitors, 2 X 27" and one 32" display monitor. The card displays videos very smoothly and the resolution on all the monitors is nothing short of amazing! It is rare when you get some work done on something and get much more than you ask for, but that is the case with my experience in working with MDofPC Doctor of Computers. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a simple repair to something more complicated. They LISTEN to the customer and work to satisfy you with your valuable equipment. And did I say they were fast. Just great, great service.

Purchased an inexpensive laptop from this store after seeing their website. It worked good for a few months, then developed problem. I did not get the warranty offered, but after they checked out the laptop, they determined that it should not have failed and replaced my laptop with a better, faster model for FREE! Im not saying this is what their policy is all the time...warranties are NOT forever...but they took very good care of me to get me up and running again. Only thing I lost was a few downloaded videos, but so what? I can always download them again (even though I have seen them dozens of times...no big loss.)Had everything else backed up, so after a while, I had this computer loaded with everything I had before. Store selection of computers is huge, and the prices are right, and so is the service. These are not beat up, dusty, dirty computers that look like they were used for target practice. They look like NEW! If they do not have it, they will tell you where to find it at the best price. They have many computers displayed there and plenty of inventory at all price ranges from 100.00 and up. Also, if you need service, they have a FLAT FEE! Try getting this kind of service at Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, of Office Depot.(you WONT!) or finding this kind of selection. Not open weekends or after 6pm.

This company provides excellent service from beginning to end. They offer an excellent flat rate service of only $75 whether it takes them 1 hour or multiple hours it will only cost you $75 in labor fees. They offer free diagnostics where most places charge you to even look at your computer. I have heard from numerous people that took there computers to best buy or similar places told them it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix and then took weeks to get it fixed. Bring it to MDofPC and it cost $75 flat rate labor and $30 for a part and was done the next day. Now that is excellent service. They fix and sell tablets, macs, pcs, laptops, netbooks, notebooks, desktops, towers, servers, and workstations. They also have excellent prices on the items they sell and have warranties that they stand by. If you are a business they also offer onsite service calls for $35 travel plus $35/hr with even same day service. This company is by far one of the best family owned and operated companies that I know of and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their computer or laptop serviced or is in the market for new, used, or refurbished ones.

One of the biggest Scam artist in PC around Pittsburgh. They sell over Priced junk. Might as well go to Geek-squad.If I want a p4 with an 80gb hard drive with 1gb of ram,I can still order a PC from Walmart for $75, they try selling their crap for over $150. Saying your Microsoft certified is like saying you can open your fridge door.Next time Have real people post reviews like me! and not your family."Your are a complete moron if you cant go on Walmart website and find their $75 to $100 Pc"Further more conducting a business outside your basement in a residential home is illegal. About your warranties, how would you cover used computers under a warranty, your charging people a warranty when they have a factory warranty for free by default , and when the warranty is expired there is no warranty. You are nothing more than a goomba trying to scam the people who are not savoy to Pcs and I called you out on it, get over it!
