Let me begin by saying this review is about the Merritt Island Store on 520 across from Big Lots My laptop had slowed way done after downloading a large quantity of pictures. The store is located on Highway 520 across from Big Lots. Upon entering you will see a collection of used dusty computers, a few musical instruments, and a large bird cage complete with bird and bird poop. It took sometime for a person to come out from the curtain? I was told they would take a look and get back to me. They assumed that it was viruses and explained the two choices. After 2 days I heard back that I needed a new hard drive. I stated that I would only invest the money for a new hard drive if they could transfer all the old data and software. I was assured that it would be exactly the same as when i dropped it off. When I went to pick it up I was told that the clone didnt work, so I lost all my software. I asked , "why they did not call me and tell me this before they proceeded??? No answer. I lost all my software, they did manage to retain my documents, etc. When I got home the wifi didnt work, so i took it back. The guy started talking about my router before he even looked at it. I explained that it was not my router as i had three other computers connecting fine. Bad service, bad communication, snooty tech.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUICK TURN-AROUND and AFFORDABLE. I had spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer before I gave up and started searching for a reputable computer repair service. Im fairly new to the area and not having any word-of-mouth recommendations, I felt a little uneasy about who I could trust with my computer. Plus, as a working student whose online summer class was to begin in a few days, I was short on time and low on money. What to do! It was my initial conversation with Susan that prompted me to trust her with my situation. One of the best decisions Ive ever made as I received outstanding customer service, a quick turn-around and the pricing was fair. One more thing Id like to mention: she took her time to explain to me what went wrong in detail and how I could avoid this in the future. I really appreciate all the knowledge she shared with me as I feel like its worth its weight in gold. You cant go wrong with Susan at Computer Care Clinic at Merritt Island!

The guys at Computer Care Clinic are AWESOME! I was in town on a business trip and my computer decided it wanted to go on the fritz. Called the store and they said to come on over. Now first you have to know that it was 5:30 p.m. the day before a holiday. Walked in and they had me back up and running in 10 minutes. Turns out it was a loose wire in the hard drive. They are a true life saver, I cant begin to thank them enough. Dan and Joe, you guys rock!!! If you have any computer issues, I highly recommend these guys. If I ever have any computer issues and Im in town I will definitely come see them. Thanks Again!!!

Computer Care Clinic - Merritt Island Wow... Excellent Service. Not only did Susan fix my computer problem (hard drive) in a fast and expedient manner, rather than just “pay and walk out the door”, Susan took the time (almost an hour) to explain my updated system with the new programs, giving me tips and advice on protecting my system, and how to ensure it stays virus free, along with detailed instructions on when and how to “clean and protect" my system. Susan was very through, never rushing me out the door, and answering all my questions, but she gave me more info than I had questions. GREAT SERVICE.

This review is for the Merritt Island location. The situation may be vastly different at other locations. My experience with Computer Care Clinic was frustrating and humiliating. Bottom line: a technician with terrible customer service tried to convince me that a virus infection required a $170 fix and was caused by my bad internet practices. I went home and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. For free. I will never go back.

Hands down the best computer repair store anywhere in brevard county. They provided me witha free diagnostic which no one else does and get back to me quickly also with what i felt to be a fair price for repair. My network connection did not work and they were able to fix this for me. The best thing is they are one of the few that still speaks English.

HP had me restore my PC but negleted to tell me all my photos would be ERASED! Computer Care somehow found the erased data and was able to save it all. VERY PLEASED with thier service. Probably saved my marriage.

The guys at computer care clinic are very knowledgeable I had my computer there they took a look at it same day and told me what I needed to do at no charge very recomendable
