Ive been a retail customer of Chucks stores for some 10 years now. Time and time again hes been spot on in repairing my many machines, and at remarkably reasonable prices--by several other prior unsatisfactory experiences. A former customer referred me to his shop, back when his shop was in West Melbourne. And, time and again Ive referred others to his shop for repairs, whether software virus issues or the time my keyboard died--and made the computer have an orange glow, fans whining so fast, and then it died. Other machines and similar part failures, every time a good repair at fair, and sometimes more than fair prices, and promptly, so I can get it & me back to work. (The time I had a machine at a competitors for some 2 weeks, and not repaired was the last straw there. The time I was charged some $200+, years ago, Cuck did it for $99 as I recall now.) No, Im not related nor compensated by him for my story. He over-delivers for prices charged, instead of over-promises and over-charges in my previous experiences.

Called some company in the phone book who sent a kid to my house. I had the FBI virus on my computer. The kid said he would have to reinstall Windows, and that I would need a license and would lose all my personal files. His companys estimate was over $300. I decided to get another opinion. Found Computer Care here on Google and decided to try them out. Chuck in the Suntree office was wonderful. He explained how it comes in and what it does, and actually removed it without deleting all my files in about two hours for half the price of the kid. Chuck gave me free protection too, plus a three-month warranty. Very happy with this service.

BEST DAM COMPUTER SHOP IN BREVARD COUNTY maybe even FL I have been a loyal customer of Computer Care Clinic for 11 years Chuck has been a real go to guy whenever a computer problem has ever occurred for either my business, home, or any of my family, or friends. He has always provided myself or friends with absolutely exceptional service. If he went out of business I would throw my computers away thats the way I feel about Chuck and The Computer Care Clinic.

I have been dealing with Chuck since his first store near Aurora Road back in 2004, and he has always been able to fix whatever I broke. Now I install complex computer systems that are responsible for monitoring very expensive aquarium systems, and their experience has helped my business grow and keep up with technology. I couldnt have done it without them. Great people, honest, hard-working all-American company. Chuck is the man!!

Just called and the person who picked up said they dont do free repair estimates and hung up in my face, before I could ask how much they cost. I called back thinking that hanging up on a potential customer was a mistake, the second person who picked up said they are no longer in business. Hope they really are out of business bc behavior like would be unacceptable.

I have gone to Chuck for computer help for probably eight or more years, and I will ALWAYS continue going to him, because he is an honest businessman who is also very knowledgeable. He has fixed my computers in just one day or two! Plus, hes so patient and respectful while he answers all my questions. I recommend him to all my friends!!

(Merritt Island location ) Horrible service, extremely slow repairing your computer and after taking two computers neither was fixed and I had to purchase new computers. Buyer beware, if you take your computer to these guys do not expect to get it back anytime soon, and if it is fixed you are one of the luck ones..

Amazing, wonderfully helpful, and knowledgeable! Instead of trying to rip me off or rack up costs, they were HONEST about my computer problems!! Merritt Island Location - Took forever, charged me $150 for a windows reload. It failed the next day, they took it back kept it another week and still hadnt looked at it. Took it to another local shop who replaced the faulty hard drive and reloaded Windows for only $100 within 24 hours.

This is a store that wont make you feel stupid, and does fast work at good price. I first went to another computer shop, and the rude barely English speaking man told me it was my fault I got a virus. Computer Care is polite and professional.
