I received a replacement iphone plus and after a couple of months the camera malfunctioned and the touchscreen became unresponsive occasionally. Last week I spoke to apple and was instructed to bring the phone in and give them a case number so I can have the phone replaced. Visual Dynamics dismissed the case number and argued with me about possible solutions. Finnaly they agreed to have the device replaced. A few days later they called and explained that they can ship it out, and I explained that this was already established through apple with the case number I provided. They than informed me that it will be several more days with out a phone after they sat on it and did nothing already. I instructed them to replace the camera and I would see to it that the other issue was handled. They supplied me with a loaner phone, did not activate it and my carrier was unable to activate it as well. Today I picked up my device and the battery was dead so I brought it home to charge and reactivate. After I plugged it in I found that the touch screen is now completely unresponsive and they damaged the product further. I plan to take the device back tomorrow and let them know how awful their service truly is. This is not the first issue I have had left unresolved. I have decided that I am done with apple and I will not purchase another product from them again due to their lack of customer satisfaction.

This is the second computer I have purchased at Visual Dynamics. A few months ago iI bought an iPad 2 at Visual Dynamics and found the salesperson not at all helpful. He made me feel like I was imposing on him with my questions. I took a class and the instructors were helpful and friendly. Four months later my volume button seemed stuck and there was a gray square symbol in the middle of the screen. I took it to the Viera store and left it. Within 10 minutes the tech called and said there was a small dent on the corner, which I knew. He also said there was a dent by the volume button. I came back to the store to see. I could not see it, but he said he could feel it. Since I damaged it the warranty and Apple Care would not cover it. I was upset and drove to the corporate Apple Store at the Millenia Mall. They were wonderful! They looked at the iPad 2 and immediately said it was covered by warranty. They gave me a brand new iPad and set the whole thing up for me. They made me feel like a valued customer and the only one in the store. What a completely different experience! If Visual Dynamics is going to sell Apples they need to take lessons from the corporate store on customer relations. I will shop at real Apple Stores in the future.

I dropped my ipod off WORKING needing a simple screen replacement. They charged me $20. I paid the fee and returned several days later to check the progress on the repair only to find out that my ipod now has a broken screen AND will not work. They refused to give back my money and told me that there was absolutely nothing that they could do about it. To make matters worse, the manager took a call from another customer before resolving my issue and kept me waiting at the front desk while he was on the phone. This has to be the worst Apple Store ever. I wish I could say "Thanks for nothing". It would of been a whole lot better than charging me money to put my IPod in worse condition than it was before I had sent it in. Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to break your Ipod, save yourself time and money and throw it on the floor and break it yourself. You dont need to pay these guys to do it, and unless you want to see a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers, stay clear Visual Dynamics Inc on Eau Gallie Boulevard.

Saturday brought in my mac pro for diagnostics entering the store I was greeted by Britney Rooney noticing I had a cast on my ankle she came around and offered me a chair. Doing a tabletop analysis Britney couldnt get the CPU to turn on it was turned over to the lab in the following Monday I got a call from lead technician Dan Maloney. Dan had explained to me that the mother board failed, the computer was so old that they didnt make motherboards for that model anymore , We would have to use a third-party. Explain to me in detail the ones that was replaced it could be other issues. With the help of Dan he put everything on the hard drive onto my iPad . Thank you Dan for being personal and knowledgeable and very helpful what a great experience and thank you Britney for your compassion. Gary do you thank you Dan for being personal and knowledgeable and very helpful what a great experience and thank you Britney for your compassion. Gary G

Took my iMac in for repair at Visual Dynamics and got it back in worse condition. Took it in again to have it completely ruined. I then hired an independent repair person who couldnt even retrieve anything off the hard drive. I then purchased a MacBook Air. I recently started having the same problem as with my MacBook Air so I took it to Connecting Point on Hwy 1 near Eau Gallie. They got my computer back to me in perfect condition in 2 days. What a difference in customer service, too. I had been in there a few times for questions about my computer and they were always happy to help even though I didnt buy anything from them. Visual Dynamics - NO STARS

Horrible place, I found out they sold me a used computer and upon further research I discovered that they have done it to other people! I heard one case of a customer who discovered his computer had been doctored to say it has more memory than it actually had, he was luckily smart enough to realize this but unlucky because they make you sign tons of papers ensuring that the sale is final and there are no returns whatsoever. These guys buy used computers to sell at full price, much better off driving to the real apple store in orlando.

They gave me a loaner phone that already had physical damage and when the phone screen cracked in the corner due to over heating, they accused me of dropping the phone, when I had the case on the whole time. Making me pay $115 to fix it. They shouldnt be giving out previously damaged phones, or phones with overheating issues. I plan to complain more to Apple, I am 7 months pregnant and cannot believe I have to go through such crap. If I had known this would happen, I wouldve just driven to Orlando to get my phone fixed. No pleased.

Jay at Visual Dynamics at Eau Gallie was both professional and educational - he walked me through the steps of what possibly could be wrong with my iMac and explained it every step of the way. They saved me tons of money and frustration and explained in simple terms what my options were. Its refreshing when computer professionals can communicate to non-tech people (like me) in a straightforward, polite manner - not condescending or tech snobbish at all! I would highly recommend them to any Apple owner.
