First off I would love to say how awesome, absolutely awesome just a simple mix of great customer service and professionalism can go a long way. I am currently attending college and my family and I are in too much of a tight budget so i am currently using my brothers old laptop. Its fine, its running well and i can do my assignments with no problem....until the screen started turning green. At first, i thought it should be a simple fix, a little prayer and a little hitting would do the job. However, i already knew it was only making it worse and it would get to the point where it would be beyond repair. that day came almost a month ago where i had an assignment due and the backlight of the screen wasnt coming on. i did some digging and knew it was going to be pricy but there was no choice. i had it assessed at another shop (wont name names) and it was overpriced. i was desperate and searched until i found this place. i was ready for a disappointment until hope came where it could be fixed. less than two days....gave it to them on Tuesday, fixed on Thursday they had it fixed and repaired and it was all but 30 dollars cheaper than my previous estimate at a previous store. one month going strong and it felt like my computer was brand new (screen wise) and couldnt be more than grateful for the excellent service i received over the phone, in the store, and during. it was a highly pleasant experience and I highly, highly recommend.

Poor Service..lied to..Very bad Attitude.. Dont Go here unless you want to pay made up diagnosed fee for Something this place and guy cant fix.... Worst place I ever been too... . I dropped off a phone To be repaired because phone kept shutting down..made me sign a paper saying wouldnt charge if cant be repaired... Told me it was going to be 150 dollars to repair the phone saying he needs to update software..150 dollars to update software?????? I told Guy I just want phone back...went to pick up phone told me its $20 diagnosed fee when on paper I signed it says will not charge if cant fix.... Guy gave me a bad attitude saying he told me and doesnt care what paper says... I threw 20 on counter and said give me phone...This place and the guy working there doesnt know what hes doing... All he knows is how to replace covers on phones..Beware of his made up diagnosed fee... Dont recommend this place..... will never go back...Guy at counter has really bad attitude....

I originally planned to take my Samsung Galaxy NOTE4 to UBREAKIFIX off of Sunrise and US1 for a charge port repair. They told me that if they were to break the glass during repair because they have to remove it i would be held responsible for their mistake and it would be an additional $130 on top of the $80 for the charge port repair because its the "store Policy" which wasnt written anywhere. So i decided to Call iFixit911 and see if they have the same policy turns out they didnt and if the glass happened to break during repair they said they will hold them selves accountable for the mistake and repair it at no cost what so ever . Great customer Service very easy location to get too off of Davie RD & 595 and they wont try and scam you out of an additional $130 like UBREAKIFIX! Phone was repaired the same day! 10/10 would come back again for any other repairs and would highly recommend!

Yes, they will fix your devices but they are rip off. I was once told that my laptop LCD needs to be replace and it will be 79.99 plus labor. Okay cool , but then I learned that I can buy it on line for 35.00. I informed them , then I came with the LCD and all of suddenly it was not the LCD it was the digital lighting( something like that) I soon learned once I left. I was not giving a chance to order a new piece because they so called already order the replacement. I was informed that the price was 179.99 including labor. I came in to collect my laptop and learned that it was 200 with taxes. I personally think the technician should have include all the fees. What if I didnot have extra cash with me. Very inconvenient. I end up paying 200.00 for a laptop I bought for 300.00; do not for get the LCD that I bought for no reason. So please shop around to make what they are do makes since.

Ive been here many times for phone repairs the employees are very friendly and helpful, but my only concern is that my phone seems to be a lot more fragile each time, Im not sure the materials being used are up to par, or what the issue is, the last repair I had there I dropped the phone and it broke the same day, it had a case and screen protector and it still broke, the screen protector they use is very thin and not effective, compared to one I had from a previous place ,when my boyfriend called to tell them what happened, they told them they couldnt do anything about it and told him my frame was bent, seems pretty upsetting seeing as Ive been there and spent lots of money to have the phone fixed, makes me wonder as to why It breaks so easily every time.

My husband and I drove all the way from Coral Springs to iFixit911 to fix our screens on iphone 6 plus... They dont just simply change the screen itself which is what most places do but they actually change the screen and the digitizer. The price for the work they do it absolutely amazing and their costumer service is great! They know how to let you walk out the door happy and a big smile on your face. Dont waist your time going to places where theyre just going to take your money and then your going to have to go back in the next month because something went wrong. Keep up the great work and thank you for helping us out!

This place is awful and I have no idea how it could have 4-5 stars. They fixed my iPhone 6s screen and its a piece of crap. Not even a week after of owning the new screen my sensitivity on touching my screen stopped. I went in complaining asking for a new screen and they said "oh thats an apple problem lots of people keep coming in and asking" when it was clearly theyre cheap phone screen that was the problem. So here I am with a broken phone screen still, guess Ill take my phone to apple and pay less than I did for this cheap glass and receive some more respect.
