This guy really has a "small office" which is ok. But I strongly believe they dont have too many skills... I called them a few months ago ( By the way I am Chris Monks from Fort Lauderdale), I had a virus just like most of the people. They wanted to reinstall my computer, saying that is the best way, which I believe it is now. The problem is that they didnt save my programs and some of the files are missing. They do not ask all the questions the should. They only want to make money, pretending the want to help. I would give them a 4 on a scale from 1 to 10!

I was in town for the Ft. Lauderdale boat show and my laptop went out. I located Downtown Computer Services via the hotel yellow pages, and found they were close to the Bridge at Andrews Avenue. The gentleman was nice, found the memory issue in my 5 year old laptop and gave it new life so I can work the rest of the week here. Cost was very reasonable. He had the parts in stock and got me on my way in less than 25 minutes. The place could use some good organizing, but it is a computer repair facility, not an upscale restaurant after all.
