Mainsail Data saved my business! I know that sounds a bit extreme; however, I believe it to be completely true. Initially I had contacted them to help me create an effective web site and after working with them, I realized how professional and knowledgeable they were and I decided to engage their services to monitor my entire company and be responsible for safeguarding and backing up all of my files and data with their Smooth Sailing program. When my server crashed, Dale and his technicians swooped in and rebuilt the entire server, recaptured all the data, installed a new motherboard and hard drives and had us up and running in no time. We lost no business and the cost was all inclusive with the Smooth Sailing program. This service is invaluable and I highly recommend Mainsail Data for all of your computer and data needs

I called with with a computer virus issue, (turned out to be more,(Hard Drive), knowing nothing about computers, I called Dale at Mainsail Data. Took my computer in that day, and had it back better that new the next day. Excellent Customer Service, with Great Turnaround Time!! Thanks Dale and Paul.
