I called ahead of time to enquirer about a processor (AMD) and was assured they had it in stock. I asked my parents to pick it up for me since they were out. When I took it out of the electro-static-protect bag several of the pins were not only bent, they were full of thermal compound. Im going to try to straighten the pins, clean the (used) CPU and install it. All I can really say right now is that youd think they would at least straighten the pins before selling it. Well see if everything goes alright, so check back soon, as Im sure theres more to come. In closing Ive straightened the pins, cleaned, and successfully installed the CPU. Although the price I payed was within range, I know they can sometimes price above acceptance, in which case I just go somewhere else. All things considered, Im satisfied and Ill probably do business with this company again.

We have been relying on Computer Fix for over 10 years for all our many computer issues. Viruses have been removed, valuable information saved on computer transfers and always we came home with a safe working computer. Today on my Mac I was perusing recipes on Pinterest and suddenly a Safari message popped up indicating my computer had contracted a virus. It told me to call an 855 number immediately. I called but was not comfortable with the conversation and hung up. I then called Bill & Chris at Computer Fix. They immediately helped me resolve any possible issues.I was saved from who knows what would have happened. I learned a valuable lesson and will always call Computer Fix first. I know I can trust them! Thanks Chris and Bill once again!!!!

MY late husband and I first met Chris of when he was in Rio. We went back awhile later and he was not there. We looked for him to no avail and happened to walk one day into a place called Computer Fix in Port Saint Lucie and were so very happy we found him. Years ago he built the most wonderful computer for us. I recently had a lightning strike nearby causing a strong electrical surge and that wonderful computer was history. Chris sold me one as good if not better. I think the world of this talented man. His crew also as always are knowledgeable and most friendly.

Just had my laptop repaired with Chris at Computer Fix...awesome service! Service was fast, efficient and they had best price around! Called a few places for info and everyone gave you a long story or had to send out your laptop to someone else, then would tell me about all these other funny charges. Computer Fix took it last night and I had it back today. They also gave me one price quote, not all different! Very pleased, would recommend to everyone! Thanks guys!

BEWARE!! THIS GUY DOESNT KNOW WHAT HES DOING. I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER IN FOR A WINDOWS 7 INSTALLATION HE CHARGES ME $199 FOR THE INSTALLATION AND I HAD TO BUY THE WINDOWS 7 DISK $189. HE KEPT MY SEALED DISK SWITCHED THE DISK FOR A TRIAL VERSION AND NOW MY PC WINDOWS IS NOT ACTIVATED. HE REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AND MY PC IS WORSE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO HIM BEWARE OF THIS CON MAN. HE WILL SCAM YOU TOO...BEWARE!!!! SCAMMER!!!!

Hi; I would like to thank Computer Fix for the help over the wears, mean over the years! I live in Maryland in the summer and Florida in the winter. Every time I move I end up calling Computer Fix to square away the computer, or better me. My computer is old, windows 7, this is young compared to my age, " slide rule".
