I took my MacBook here because I was experiencing a very short battery life i.e. 2.5 hours. They ran some diagnostics, which indicated it might be a faulty battery, so they called me and I told them to go ahead and replace the battery. After I got home I realized that the problem was not fixed. I gave them a poor review here as a result. They called me and asked how they could make it right ? I was very impressed with their response. End result is that I took my Mac back to them. They ran more tests, now knowing that the battery was not the issue, and said it was my motherboard. They put my old battery back in and refunding my payment in full, refusing to even charge me for the diagnostic tests, for which they normally charge $25. Outstanding customer service. They absolutely stand behind their 90 day guarantee. I went to a Genius bar a few days ago. They confirmed the motherboard diagnosis, so I went ahead a bought a new computer. If you experience an issue with a repair at Fix Apple Now, call them to discuss it. I believe youll experience a company that listens and responds. I wrote a review first. This was a mistake and not the best way to solve the issue.

I never write reviews but I believe this one is well deserved. I took my laptop to this place yesterday afternoon with a malfunctioning keyboard. A quick diagnosis indicated that the keyboard needed to be replaced so I agreed to that for a cost of $235 before tax and I signed a work order authorizing the new keyboard. They had the keyboard in stock but they told me it would take a day or two to complete the job due to a lot of work that they had scheduled ahead of mine. However, they called me this afternoon and said the keyboard was fixed and they did not have to replace it. They actually took the time to do more investigation of the problem and fixed it for only $65 before tax. Its rare to find that kind of honest service. If I ever need service again, I will not even consider going anywhere else. Thank you Fix Apple Now!

Excellent service, professional, affordable. They are honest my first experience with Fix Apple was after a glass of one fell on the keyboard. I took it the the Apple Store and was told that most likely the mother board had to be replaced. A very expensive part. I goggled Fix Apple and they diagnosed it and told me that it my just need a wash. Exactly, and it only cost me a bit over $100. Apple service store gave me an estimate of almost $600 just the part. SInce then they gained a costumer. They could had quoted me higher and I probably would have paid better out of necessity. I just returned because of a different issue and again, they could have said that the mother board was fried. They told me that only the charger port was burned and again less than $100.00! FIX APPLE NOW!!!!!! i must say that most companies overlook the main element in business. my macbook pro freaked out and blacked out. Fix Apple got on the case i was dead in the water mid project and had to delay a trip. the level of customer service i received was top notch. better than apple in my opinion because of the more intimate setting. they described my logic board needed repair and after attempting to repair it they just replaced it. they also upgraded my ram on the house. WOW!!!!!! They made me a customer for life. i loved the attention and concern as well as the kowledgable diagnosing. Maria if you havent gotten a raise im personally campaigning for it. they were swift and my macbook pro is better than when it left the store. ONE LOVE FIX APPLE!!!!

Fix Apple Now saved my macbook pro that was only a year old after I spilled soda on it. The staff was amazing and I knew the chances of them saving it were real low. I read soooo many horror stories online of liquid damage to macs and the chances of repair are highly unlikely. They did an amazing job too fix it and the price I paid was 200$, not bad at all considering I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I will bring any apple products directly to them from now on. Can not over emphasize my satisfaction with my experience with Fix Apple Now. Mikail and his staff run an amazing business! Ive never been to a better iPhone fixing place. Back in the day when I had an iPod, I accidentally dropped it and it (of course) cracked. When I took it to them, they gave me the option of replacing it with a new screen or with an used screen, I chose the cheaper used screen. They told me to come back for it the following day, when I returned they said they saw that the used screens were too damaged, and that i would not like it, so they gave me the new one for the price of the used one. They also had very nice staff and they replaced the screen professionally. Its things like that that really brighten ones day

Showed up as a walk-in around 11:30 to see what these repairs would run on my iPhone 5. The front screen had a bad scratch and there was a spot on the camera lens that was showing up in every picture. Was quoted $110 for screen and $65 for the camera. They told me it would take about an hour to complete both repairs so I decided to wait. Less than 45 minutes later they were done. Because they were doing both repairs, they game me a discount so the total repairs were $159 which included tax. In the future, any future Apple repairs are going to be done here. Thanks for the great customer service today.

My Apple computer needed new hard drive, I took it to this place and they did a wonderful job. Special thanks to Christina and Michael. They promised to do it on a specific date, but ended up doing it even earlier. They were prompt in calling and notifying me. The front desk girl can be even more attentive if she wants to rather than staring at the monitor of her computer when dealing with customer, but that is no big deal. Overall very good experience and I am happy to have such a good Apple repair shop so close to the area we live. Thanks guys, keep it up! Highly recommend!

Excellent service! These guys are very nice and simply want to help; I trusted them with my iPhone. They will not overcharge you for anything and may even throw in an accessory to make the transaction even sweeter. They are very affordable and honest. When they could not unlock my iphone after trying (it was not their fault; carrier issue), they fully refunded me with no questions asked. I wanted them to keep 50% of the fee but they declined...now, thats honesty. I will be going back there, for sure, for all my apple products needs. Keep up the great job!

This is a great shop. I fried my old MacBook when some liquid spilled in the keyboard. They ran three different diagnostic tests and determined the keyboard was unfixable, but the hard drive was save able. They transferred all the data to a new MacBook and everything came out perfectly. They applied the price of the diagnostics to the data transfer fee and everything came out perfectly. Miriam, the front deskmanager is totally honest, upfront, and will work with you to get you the best price. The turn around was less than two days.
