I am from Jacksonville but broke my phone while in Miami. I had limited time before I had to leave. I came here. Mistake. I have a iPhone 6 & now I cant use finger ID. It doesnt work anymore. My screen is popping up on the sides. I called & asked what to do & the response was, "does your phone even have Touch ID" Its not like I can go back because I am home now but if Im ever in Miami & I break my phone again I wont come here. UPDATE: Owner says that my touch ID was working when I left the store but I have my phone log to prove that not even 30 minutes later I called them to say that my touch ID was not working. He told me I had to come back but obviously couldnt because I was going home. I took to a phone store in Jacksonville and they put a touch ID that doesnt go to my phone on it probably because they damaged mine with their crappy repair. The touch ID is specific to each phone and wont work with one thats not the original. Now I have to go through apple to get it fixed which will take forvever.. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I WOULD NOT LET THEM "FIX" MY PHONE.THEYVE DONE ENOUGH.

I went in last week to fix my screen.. He fixed it.. (I thought) Couple days later, water splashed on my phone .. The screen is wet from the inside..Apparently,the dumbass didnt properly sealed my phone correctly.. So I came in today to let them know that and how we can resolve..First off, Ismail bolano the so call manager doesnt speak any English so It was kind of hard to explain to him ..He soo rude he told me that it was nothing he can do and it was his fault.. This place only cares about money...Worst service ever! Dont come to this property! I wish it wasnt possible to give them any star thats how bad the service is.

I am from Jacksonville working out of town in Miami. I broke my screen at 3pm on a Monday and had to be in West Palm by the end of the day. I couldnt see my screen, and had to use Siri to take me to the nearest cell phone repair shop. I walked in the door and asked him how fast he could turn my phone around for me. He was extremely nice, and got it back to me in less than half an hour. He even gave me a first time customer discount. These guys are awesome. Fair price and fast service.

I had a GREAT experience. I broke my phone late afternoon one day. I called apple and was told I would have to wait an entire week for a simple screen repair. CPR on the other hand gladly repaired my phone that same day just before they closed. The staff was super nice and assured me that it was no problem for them to fix my phone, even though they were getting ready to close. Thanks a ton guys, youre great!

The place was horrible took 5 days to fix my phone and way overpriced and also the workers were very mean I am never going there again the expireance was terrible at the beginning they said they will but a computer for 60 and I said yes and then there like with the case and the case was worth 50 bucks and the guy threatened to call the cops so I just gave it to him

THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY WHEN CALLED ISMAEL TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE THE PARTS I NEEDED BUT WHEN I GET TO THE LOCATION ISMAEL PROMISED ME THE REPAIR WOULDVE BEEN DONE BY 5PM. Amazing service! I got my iPhone battery replaced there yesterday afternoon, the process must have taken some 20 minutes!!! After taking my IPhone to the Apple Store for repair without success (They just gave me a number for a data recovery provider). I took it to CPR, and in a couple of hours and with no major hassle, my phone was repaired and ready to use.
