My iPhone was completely shattered to the point where I couldnt even turn my phone on. I had just planned on getting the screen fixed so I could turn it in to Verizon so I could get my upgrade (without my iPhone in working condition) HOWEVER, I went to the Dr. Phone Fix and Repair in Robinsons Walmart and I could not have asked for better service! Manny was the technician I dealt with and he was one of the nicest people you could meet! He did such an amazing job replacing my glass and who knew that my phone actually WORKS again like it is brand new! Manny was such a hard worker and even stayed after they closed just to make sure my phone was fixed to the best of its ability! Im so impressed with the service and the price! Thank you so much Manny!

This was just what I needed! One of the microphones on my iPhone 6 (used for Siri and voice commands) malfunctioned. Its not a necessity per se, but sometimes I have difficulty typing on the phone due to carpal tunnel. Im not due for an upgrade yet so I was looking for an affordable way to fix the problem. They were not only affordable, but fast! In less than an hour my phone was as good as new. Hunter and Manny were friendly and courteous. I recommend them for anyone who needs a convenient and quick repair for their phone.

Went in for a broken off screen on my iPhone 5s. Hunter was exceptionally helpful and skilled. Some of the best customer service ever! Quick and affordable. The screen and new home button work great! The experience was so successful, we took my husbands iPhone over to swap out his charging port, since his cord wasnt making a good connection. Everything works GREAT!!! This place is awesome Mike was a pleasure to work with. He replaced the back glass and cleaned the charging port on my ASUS Zenfone 3 (which was full of wood chips from my work). My only only regret with dealing with these people is that its over 80 miles away. The couple of places I called local wouldnt touch it or acted like they never heard of the ASUS company let alone the model. Thanks again Mike I am glad I made the trip from the Youngstown area

Very fast and professional experience. The phone screen was shattered into a million pieces, but they Mike and Manny were able to basically rejuvenate it into something brand new. They were very courteous and speedy, and the prices were very reasonable. They also offered a tempered glass screen as protection going forward, which they put on perfectly. This is a bit out of the way for me but I would drive over here if I ever needed their services again.

Manny helped me out today. He was very helpful and honest. He told me what the potential issues were with my phone and the costs that would be associated with either of the fixes. All the prices seemed very reasonable. So I left my phone with him and he told me to come back in a half hour. I went and completed my shopping and when I returned it was all fixed and ready to go. So thankful he was able to fix it. Thanks again!!

Went here to fix my sons Honor 6x which had a badly cracked screen. No other place in the county - and I checked plenty - would fix this phone as it wasnt a popular brand (not an iPhone or Samsung). They ordered the screen and fixed it in under 2 hours. The alternative was to send it back to Huawei and lose it for about a week. The fix was perfect and Manny - who did the fix - is an awesome guy. Highly, highly recommend.

Couple weeks ago, I went to ifixnmore in Monroeville to get my Note 3 repaired. Not only I waited 5 days, but they couldnt repair my phone. So I went to Dr. Phone Fix at Robinson, and Hunter immediately took me in. Hunter was really chill and easy to converse with. If I had to give a rating for my first visit, I would give it more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend this place!

My soon to be 7 year old grandson had a cracked screen on his IPad so I decided to get it repaired as a birthday present for him. Mike did a great job and also suggested I purchase their glass screen .protector, which I did. It is on par with the Zagg glass protector which is much more costly and you dont have to install it yourself. I highly recommend this business!

I got my phone screen replaced here today by Mike. They replaced it in under an hour! They were very friendly and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need (which I really appreciate). Also you get a 90 day warrenty on your replacement. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a screen replacement! I will definitely be back if I need anything else fixed!

NEVER take a phone here, they say your phone will be fixed in an hour, NOT true they kept my phone for 2 weeks. Then 60 days later the phone breaks and suddenly there 90 day guarantee they will not stand behind. So I paid 270.00 to get the phone fixed and 2 monthes later I have no phone. You could probably fix your phone yourself better then they can.

Fast,cheap,knowledgeable, the manager Mike d at the Robinson Walmart location was lighting quick and my phones brand new again. Why over pay for phone insurance when they an do the repairs for half the price without shipping your phone away and going threw the long drawn out insurance claim process, great job!! Id give 10 stars if I could.

The repair couldnt have been faster, however, this morning my phone started being unusable for the second time since I got it repaired. The first time, it was working like a computer, or untouchable. This time, I can touch the screen but I cant see the display because of the yellow and white bars running vertically across the screen.

Great Job by the team at Dr Phone Fix! They repaired the cracked screen on my iPhone 6 and added tempered glass to it while I shopped at Walmart. Desmond took my order and Hunter repaired my phone.
