My phone suddenly stopped charging and started overheating when I tried to charge it and it was just barely out of warranty. I live on my phone. I panicked. A friend of mine recommended this store after she had to have the power button on her iPhone replaced, she said it wasnt very expensive to fix and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I figured it might be cheaper than buying a new phone so I decided to give it a shot. I dropped it off to have it looked at (by this point Id already been without any phone for a week, I figured screw it). They told me they would look at it and email me when they had determined if they could do anything. The staff was very friendly, no pressure and no promises that they couldnt keep. They emailed me the next day to let me know that they could fix it, that my phone would need a new charger port but that they didnt have it in stock and would order it for me and gave me an estimate. It took another week but it was worth it to not have to buy a new phone. Im thrilled to have my phone back in one piece and they were even nice enough to charge it for me so I could use it as soon as possible. I would definitely come back here if I (god forbid) had another phone problem and I would highly recommend at least bringing your phone for an estimate if something goes wrong with it.

Their business model seems to be built on the idea of charging an excessive rate for "repairs" with shoddy service and no guarantee of results. I took a phone in to have the screen replaced. I was told that it would be ready in about three hours. Two days later, they called to let me know that the phone was ready. I picked up the phone and paid $150+ for the "repair". Conveniently (for them), the battery was completely dead. Im guessing this was by design so that I wouldnt realize until I got home that the phone is unusable. The screen is almost completely inoperable. I was trying to avoid spending my time and having to buy the equipment (e.g., a heat gun) to do this repair myself. Big mistake. I implore you to take your device elsewhere! UPDATE 1: The company has contacted me to inform me that they have a lifetime warranty on the work. Well see what happens and I will update this review accordingly. UPDATE 2: No resolution. The tech discovered some water damage when they removed the old screen. Even though they didnt think the screen repair would work at that point, they continued on without asking us. That way, they get to pocket the cash and were stuck with a useless phone. I would rate it at less than one star if I could.

I returned to this Winston Salem store after a previously good experience with their service. And now I regret it! They replaced a cracked screen on my iPad mini and within 3 days it was not working. I returned to the store and they took it in again, saying it would be ready next day or they would call. No call, so I headed on the one way 30 min drive to pick it up. Called on my way and after being on hold for 15 min while they looked for my device, was told they just got the part in and it wouldnt be ready for another 3 hrs. I said ok, ill pick it up the next day. Just drove there (another 30 mins one way) to find out that it wasnt ready, still waiting on another part, and "sorry, i wasnt working that day, dont know why no one called you". Now will be another 3 days before they even get the part. If I ever get my iPad back in working order, I will never use this company again. I understand delays, but a complete disregard for client communication in a business that exists as a customer service is unacceptable.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I took my iPad mini for repair of a crack in the screen. The screen was replaced same day and when I picked up the device it would not turn on. They kept the device overnight to repair next day and stated it was a LCD piece that they destroyed while fixing the screen. One day after picking up my device the home key quit working. I take it back for repair which they fix. Now four days later the home key is broken again. My device had no issues other than a crack in the screen. After they did whatever they did my device is in horrible condition. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICE HERE. Go to an actual Apple repair. I called Apple repair to schedule an appointment to fix what they have destroyed and Apple told me they had someone else call one week ago after their device was destroyed by this location too. The only thing positive I can say is that they are refunding me my money. Safe yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Over a course of 2 months, My fiancé and I have emailed them 8 times, and received 8 confirmation emails stating that we would be contacted within 24 hours. We understand they can only serve so many people at once, however we have NEVER received a call back. I cracked my screen on my Galaxy S5( hair line crack- completely dead and unresponsive screen) and really need my cell phone back, I am in the process of planning our wedding and all of our important information is on that phone. I have attempted to call them an no one ever answers. With my work it is almost impossible to get in and actually talk to someone, Not to mention after 8 tries i would rather give my money to a company that actually NEEDS instead of those who dont even have the decency to return a phone call. I Refuse to do business with this company and I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/ BUSINESS TO ANYONE.

I went in for a simple screen replacement as mine was cracked (still worked fine, though). Although they replaced it the price was WAY too high. Well the next day the screen that they replaced popped off so I took it back. They "fixed" it but now my screen doesnt respond to touch rendering it useless since I cant view or answer texts or receive calls. I guess it will work as an expensive flashlight. They also scrapped the finish off around the top of the phone and left dents along the outside. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I am so angry. I cant use my phone and their store doesnt open again for another 2 days so I can have them fix what theyve screwed up 2 times now. Honestly how careless can you be to hand over a device to a customer without checking the very basics to make sure it works?

God awful experience. Went to them to get my phone fixed FOUR TIMES. Every time they overcharged and did a shoddy, poorly done, excuse for a job repair. Their whole operation is the biggest sh*tstorm I have ever seen they are a sorry excuse for a cell phone repair site. Spend your money on something else. In fact, spending it on a CASE TO PROTECT YOUR PHONE would be a better investment than having these monkeys OVERCHARGE AND THEN SHODDILY "REPAIR" YOUR PHONE. Im honestly surprised that they have remained in business for so long considering their ethics and poor quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A GROUP OF CIRCUS CLOWNS RUNNING THIS STORE.
