In such a hurry to get to work I ended up spilling coffee all over my brand new HP laptop. The keyboard was all sticky and most of the keys werent responding. A friend of mine recommended that I call PC Rescue, he said they were a big help when he had an issue with his computer. Im glad I called PC Rescue , a tech came over to diagnose the problem and it turned out I just needed to replace the keyboard. The tech placed an order for next day delivery, and returned to install the keyboard. All ok now :)

My computer was running so slow, I didnt know if I had a virus or it just needed a tune up. I called PC Rescue and the technician showed up at my office in less than one hour! He scanned my computer for viruses and found over 2,000 infected files along with trojans and all kinds of malware. I was really happy the tech was able to clean my computer and get me back in business without loosing any of my files :) Thanks, I will be calling you guys in the future.

I was just about finished with the final draft of a 20 page college term paper when my flash drive failed. Panicking, I looked for a data recovery specialist near me. I found PC rescue and luckily got same day service. It took the tech about 2 hours, but he repaired the flash drive and restored my files!!!!! I learned my lesson and now I back up all my files. Excellent job! You guys are a life saver!

PC Rescue was able to recover all the data from my crashed hard drive, and transfer the files to my new computer. The tech also setup my wireless printer, and installed all the program I had on my old PC. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
