They do not stand behind their replacement plans. I had a huge headache today dealing with a manager, Jason Abbott, who was not about to replace my headphones with a comparable product since they did not have the one I purchased. He did not even believe it when I told him that Best Buy advertises the statement below. My advice would be to skip buying the replacement plan. You will get an argument instead of a replacement. "If your covered product stops working, simply bring it to a Best Buy store and youll walk out with a replacement. Because bad luck deserves good coverage"

The Geek Squad associated with the Best Buy Aventura, FL location is HORRIBLE! They dont honor appointments at all. I waited all day for the Geek Squad appliance repair to come fix the ice maker on the refrigerator that I purchased from Best Buy but nobody showed. My wife contacted the Geek Squad only to be told the repair person came to the wrong address & could NOT return the same day. Even though it was THEIR fault they made NO apologies or accommodations to rectify their error. We will be exploring other repair options because we wont be using Geek Squad anymore.
