Im sitting here at the store writing this after three months of leaving my phone and still phone is not even finish. First month they told me the part was late to arrive then came back phone still bad they need it something else ok fine come back again and part still not here leave the phone until February and here I am supposedly phone is ready but is not even put together. Left the phone since December and I keep wasting my time coming to this place just to sit here and wait for hours something I left 3 months ago? What type of customer service or ethics this place have? They really just dont care I just hope my phone gets fix right so I dont have to come here again Ill not recommend this store if you need your phone fix asap. I think other stores can do a better job

As a first time customer, i found the help and hospitality to be superb. The man who works the front, Daniel, is a short, but quaint fellow. I was in and out, in about 90 minutes, making short due of my Iphone 4, cracked back panel. The part seemed original enough, I mean the guy explained to me how it works, and why it doesnt come with the logo. Im one to try to do everything myself, and i know what youre thinking, replacing the back panel is pretty easy, but i honestly I dont have the time to go and figure out how to do it. Point is, the pawn shops that advertise incrediably cheap, and reliable service, honestly cant compare to CPR, i mean these people really put in the work. Plus they have you in and out in no time.

This place is chock-full of incompetent individuals. You shouldnt entrust these guys with anything let alone your mobile devices. I went in to have my screen and liquid crystal display replaces on my Sony Xperia Z. These guys lied about the lead time; saying it would only be a few days, and after two weeks still no fixed phone. After 2 weeks of being given the round around I decided to just take my phone and just send it to Sony. Moral of the story DO NOT come here and waste your time and money. And it super obvious that these simpletons are having their friends put five stars reviews to make them look good. They only have 5 and 1 stars reviews, and all 1 star reviews are consistent with each other.

Dropped of a tablet for a simple screen replacement and got the run around for three weeks. Wrong parts being sent in (of course not their fault) and a mystical delivery truck that apparently likes to only deliver parts "the next day for sure". When I got tired of this part never coming in, I instructed them to forget the repair and that Ill be in to pick up the tablet later that day. Upon arriving Im forced to wait 30 minutes in order for the tablet to be put backed together. When speaking to Daniel(the owner of the business), I was only given excuses and apologies. Steer well clear from this place.

Friendly staff answered my phone call promptly, did not mislead me on products or prices. I spent all day looking for a fair deal on an inexpensive older model unlocked iphone. They had the product I wanted and at a fair price. Also gave me a 6 month warranty in writing. Very professional and courteous staff. These guys set the bar for how customers should be treated. 5 stars. And I rarely write these reviews so coming from me this means I was thoroughly impressed.

When you go into this cell phone repair shop please make sure you get what ever their going to do in writing. because if you dont youre up the creek without a paddle, They will repair you equipment and tell you its working, and when you get home and try it. its not working and when you go back to have them repair it they will tell you that something else it wrong with it and try to charge you more money for the repair.

Very dishonest. Dont go there to get your phone fixed. Youre better off just getting a new phone. The kid that works there told me they could fix my phone, it would be $89 if they were successful. The guy said 95% probability they would fix it. They didnt fix my phone and they got $45 from me. I ended up having to buy a new phone. The good reviews are from friends.

I never did have a positive experience with cell phone repair shops, but i have to say the customer service was great, the people were nice and they were able to answer all questions i had. I came in with a charging problem and within the hour i had my phone back. Month later still no problem. I would recommend CPR over all other places.

At first there was some confusion but the gentleman behind the counter took care of the problem and I paid the original quote. Thank you and I will refer all my friends and family. Excellent service. Dropped my phone and cracked the screen, in less than 1 hour my iPhone was ready at a reasonable price. They took the time to explain the process of repair and suggested ways to better protect my device, how to take care of the battery. Highly recommended

Loved the place!! Walked in and Dany was there (The owner) so nice. He told me what my best options were, and wether it was worth repair my iPhone or not. The repaiered took less that 45min which gave me time to go next door grab a bite and come back to my repaired phone.

3 screens in less than 1 year! And yes i did have 2 different cases and i bought the extra cost screen protection from them. They use crap parts so you "new" screen cracks if you drop it 3 inches EVEN WITH a case on!

I would give them -5 stars. I trusted them with a very expensive phone and Used glue instead of LOCA. Cant imagine the damage they do to the other customers phones and how they rip off a lot of customers.
