Believe it or not, I found KNS several years ago on Craigslist! I was desperate for technical help and took a chance. I have now used them for several years and trust them implicitly. They have never not had my problems fixed by the end of the day. Nicholas, the owner has been to my house, my elderly mother in laws house, fixed computers, iPads, phones, set up TVs, Rokus, Apple TVs, really anything technical I have thrown at him. He actually stopped by my house on a Sunday afternoon on his way home from a day at the beach with his beautiful wife and kids in the car! He always looks for the simplest most economical solution. I am so grateful that I found them.

Nick is a professional and he knows his stuff. He is very patient and will work over time just to be sure you are getting exactly what you are requesting. He is very professional yet friendly. He took the time out to explain to me a few things I needed and why I needed P.S (he wasnt gaining any commission or anything for his recommendations) He just want to make sure I was comfortable and that I would not have any issues with my gadgets working properly. I had a problem with my work computer not starting after moving my office. I called KNS on Sunday afternoon panicked and spoke to the technician. He was so pleasant & told me he would take care of it. He changed out the power pack which was the problem. My computer was up & running within 20 min. The technician was extremely pleasant & extremely efficient. Great service, I highly recommend this company!!

KNS Computer Services came out to fix my laptop, they were referred to me by a family member. My laptop was extremely slow, and shut down on me randomly.They fixed it in about an hour, and now everything works great. I would definitely call them again.
