When my laptop experienced an issue with overheating, I naturally consulted Google for well-rated computer repair shops in my area. After consulting Google, I was admittedly incredulous and skeptical about the dazzling ratings (118 reviews; 117 five-star ratings, 1 four-star rating) that My Florida PC ("MFP") garnered. My incredulity notwithstanding, I decided to take my Asus laptop to MFP and I soon realized immediately what the fuss was about. First and foremost, Adrian, the owner of MFP, was both kind and welcoming; he clearly cared about his clients. After the initial consultation, I decided to leave my computer with Adrian and MFP for repair. He made his diagnosis: my Asus needed a new fan. Adrian then ordered the new part, replaced the faulty fan, and ran a diagnostic test to ensure my computer would operate post-repair. Because of my admitted neglect of the computer, Adrians diagnostic tests concluded that my Asus was in fact beyond repair even with the brand new fan. Despite ordering a new part, and despite performing all the necessary labor to repair my jalopy laptop, Adrian decided that the equitable thing to do was to not charge me for the part or the labor performed. Astounded at Adrians generosity and fairness I immediately realized why his clients gave him such great reviews: MFP treats its customers with respect and clearly, by its practices, upholds a standard that is seldom followed by any merchant. Therefore, after thinking about my options for a few days, I decided to eschew the big box store and its attendant customer relations apathy and reward the kindest merchant around town. I decided to purchase a Lenovo laptop directly from MFP. You see, MFP modifies Lenovo computers to perform optimally; whereas, the big box store impairs computer performance by 20%-30% by installing needless software and advertisements. In sum, as I sit here and write this novella of a review on my new Lenovo laptop, I do so not because I am bored. Rather, I do so to pay homage to the best merchant around, and to accord prospective customers a glimpse of why 99.5 percent of MFP customers felt compelled to give a five-star review.

I have been a "My Florida PC" customer for my personal electronic devices (Apple Products) for almost 4 months now. I can not get over the EXCELLENT service I continuously receive since the first time I starting going to "My Florida PC" from Adrian and Julian! Located in a shopping plaza in Plantation, Florida, this store is a one of a kind. I am able to call Adrian and Julian directly if I am having an issue/trouble shooting or physically bring in my devices into their state of the art store. They always make YOU their top priority when an issue or questions comes up. I have never had to wait in line or been put on hold. "My Florida PC" not only offers the service of repairs, but one-to-one teaching of various software programs. The fact that I never have to call Apple to make an appointment or call a 1-800 number to talk to a computer, has eliminated the frustration level in my life! There is no one else in the business who has the customer service skills and knowledge like Adrian and Julian. The professionalism and honesty from this father and son duo are incredible. They have always given me a honest and fair estimate, I feel that they have the utmost integrity and are the most trustworthy people in the business. I have never felt taken advantage of with their prices or advice on making decisions for my Apple Product devices. I am from New Jersey and we have nothing like "My Florida PC" back home. I want to recommend so many people to their business, but I cant do it fast enough! I wish Adrian and Julian my best and I cant believe I found such a "rare gem". He collects all types of electronic pieces/devices since when computers were just invented and displays everything on the hallway wall. The collection he continuously grows by the day, will someday be in the Smithsonian Museum!

My laptop hard drive crashed. When I called Asus customer support I was told they would not even try to recover my data and I would not receive my laptop back for at least 5 business days. I rely heavily on my computer to get work done, so this was not an option. My Florida PC was near my house, so I decided to see what they could do for me. I met Adrian and his son who both work at MyFloridaPC. Adrian told me diagnosis was free and he would try and see if they could recover the data for me. Unfortunately, the hard drive was extremely damaged and the cost to send it to a lab would have been too costly. I asked him to install a solid state drive for me to replace the currently damaged hard drive. The price was fair. Adrian was very friendly and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Im not a tech expert, but I know enough to tell when someone knows their stuff. I asked him a lot of questions for his feedback and to guide my decision on how to move forward. What I liked most about the buying experience was that Adrian was willing to answer all my questions and teach me about my specific machine. Educating the consumer is something many businesses like to skip, but not here. You can tell they care about maintaining a relationship with their customers. I will definitely come back if I need to. After getting my SSD installed, they also put in Microsoft 10 and the necessary drivers. My computer is insanely fast now, I couldnt be happier. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely the best computer repair and customization shop in the South FL area, and certainly the best Ive ever dealt with, period. Ive transacted with Adrian and Julian on a multitude of occasions and in every instance Ive come out very pleasantly surprised, on all levels. To give an example, during my last visit I needed, among other things, to have them build a PC that could handle multiple monitors for work/home office use. They delivered a fantastic product for that particular need, but me being a tinkerer and a PC gamer at heart, I decided to immediately attempt to swap out and upgrade some parts. Alas, that particular model wasnt very customization friendly, so I decided to call Adrian back and see what could be done. Without me having to ask, they took the computer back and built a brand new, custom PC that would better fit my needs (with absolutely top notch craftsmanship, I must add), and charged me only a very modest additional fee. What can I say, if you need help with your computer, these are the guys to call.

I dont think there is anything I can say about this wonderful shop that hasnt already been said. I needed a new battery installed in my almost 5 year old Mac Book pro. After having read the exceptional reviews, I felt compelled to call the store to see if they could replace it for me. Julian answered, and was super friendly, knowledgeable and told me to come by anytime. When I arrived, I was greeted by Adrian, and their beautiful dog, Mikey. Adrian, like his son, so friendly, so personable, and so knowledgeable, explained everything to me about replacing my battery, and told me that it would be done in about an hour and a half. I left the store, and 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Adrian that it was already done. So...awesome, friendly, incredibly fast service, and very affordable pricing. There is absolutely no need to go anywhere else to have your computer repaired. Adrian and Julian, father and son team extraordinaire, epitomize the way a business should be run. Absolutely fantastic experience!
