Be Aware serious FRAUD THEFT , do not send your laptop for repair or deal with this business. not only he didnt fix the laptop but he stole the motherboard including the other component like the hard drive, I took pictures of the motherboard and the other parts serial numbers before sending the laptop, he called me and said the motherboard is not repairable and he can buy the laptop for $200 for parts, I said no thank you just send it back. I was a little disappointed when I saw one screw missing from the back cover but when I opened the laptop I saw different serial numbers than the one I had before. when I called him and explained the situation he was impatient from the moment he heard my voice, he put me on hold twice then he literally said I already send the laptop go do the F*** you can do!!! I filed a police report, and I contacted eBay because I couldnt leave a feedback since the scammer asked me to pay him via paypall. so nothing was done via ebay.

Great place!! Ive had 3 laptops repaired and no problems!. One was a dell laptop purchased at flea market for $50, guy said it worked, which it didnt. motherboard gone One was an old laptop that had stopped working, ports and motherboard gone. and last one the screen was cracked( which I did by accident) Had all 3 repaired (not at same time) and no complaints!! Price was exactly what they told me, no more no less. I had took the laptops to everyone ,best buy etc. and was told that too costly to repair motherboard, might as well as get a new one, until I came across these guys. The best!! I see a few bad reviews, which that happens with every company ( I dont know no company that has never had a bad review) someone is not going to be pleased or have a bad experience. All I can say is that every one of my 3 transactions with these guys have been fantastic, no troubles, no misquote prices, no drama, no nothing!! I would recommend these guys to everyone. A++++

Im leaving a 1 (One) * STAR review, because, although this company does quality work, they failed to return a part (SIM card tray) to my Lenovo laptop the most recent time I used them (about two months ago). At first, I didnt know what was missing. There was an open space on the right side of my notebook, above the SD card slot and l didnt think much of it. However, recently I decided to look into using mobile data and it turns out that the missing part turned out to be the SIM card tray. I researched the cost of the part and it turned out to be a measly $15. I then called in to CPRS to notify them of the issue and they blatantly refused to refund me $15 or even look for the missing part in their workplace. I have to say that since Ive used them multiple times in the past, and feel that they do quality work, this was an utter disappointment.

I paid for a motherboard repair that carried a 90 day warranty. Repair failed after 88 days (documented). Owner said the warranty period was "close enough" to 90 days and would not honor the warranty. I was forced to file a claim through Paypal who helped (thank goodness). Buyer should beware of this company. They will treat you no different, so dont be fooled by anything written or told to you. They will take your money like they took mine with a written promise to stand behind their service and they will not. Couldnt leave feedback on Ebay after 60 days so I figured this and other places were the next best thing. You will not see negative feedback on Ebay because the failure happens after 60 days. Shame on you Computer Parts Repair & Services!

Excellent service. True professionals who can cure your "PC headaches" expeditiously and for a fraction of what most big name PC repair centers are asking for. After talking for weeks to the HP "experts" without success, these guys were able to bring my wifes notebook back to life like nothing ever happened to it. Thanks, Luis and company. WARNING ! DANGER ! I SENT MY LAPTOP TO THIS SHOP 3 TIMES, EACH TIME THEY SAID THAT IT WAS FIXED, EACH TIME I GOT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING, THATS 6 CHARGES FOR SHIPPING AND 2 BILLS FOR REPAIRING MY MACHINE, IT COST ME OVER 300 DOLLARS AND THEY MADE MY LAPTOP WORSE, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, SO PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE
