I brought my iPhone 6s in to repair a tiny crack in the top corner of the screen for purely cosmetic purposes. I previously had no problems with functionality of the phone. Although the service was quick and staff was friendly, I was disappointed to find that about a day later, my screen began to glitch. A vertical stripe down the middle of the phone would not respond to my touch and I would have to turn my phone off and on again to stop the glitch for a short period of time. It appeared to be possessed, calling several of my contacts without my hands anywhere near the device. Because of my schedule, I was unable to make another trip across town to have it repaired (I was informed that there was a 90 day warranty for problems unrelated to further damage) before it unfortunately took a hit to a corner unprotected by the screen protector. Although this problem was unrelated to the new damage, I had no proof, and was therefore denied any partial refund of the $120 I spent on a screen protector and faulty screen. I had hoped my word would be honored, but instead, I just wasted $100 and will be taking my phone to an apple store to be properly fixed.

Awesome service!! Went in depressed about my iPhone being completely shattered. I thought there was no hope! But less than an hour later I walked out with a brand new screen and a huge smile. Very friendly tech and quick. Im having some trouble with my laptop so I will definitely be returning.
