I have been a loyal customer of this establishment since it opened, and found that the services (haircut, hot towel on the neck, shampoo, and neck massage) for only $10.00 a great bargain. The TV in the corner played unintrusive country music videos, and the barbers themselves (all female) were capable and intuitive enough to devine (as good barbers should) if their clients wanted just a quick cut or a cut with a bit of chit-chat. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. That is until the change of the year. On my first visit--Monday--since ushering in 2017 I discovered that not only has the price for these same basic services gone up by one dollar (perhaps understand able in a growing Trump economy), but the atosphere has changed. The number of barbers has increase (another sign of the optimistic view of the Trump economy), but there were other--more disturbing--changes. Perhaps the most distressing for me, and the rason I will now be taking my haircut business to the Lynn Haven barbershop, is the fact that the TV has now been moved to a location that makes it harder to ignore, and that mean as you sit in the barber chair you are forced to watch whatever is being broadcast. That would not be so bad, if the country music videos were what you were forced to watch, ut they are not! Instead the shop has now revealed its Politically Correct Agenda. Yep, in his shop it is no longe possible to unplug from politics. Why? Because as you are undergoing you hairct experience you are forced to watch MSNBC propaganda and fake news. As I was being worked on, my eyes silently sought out those of the woman I believe is the owner, but she would not make eye contact. I was just consoling myself that at least the volume was off--closed captioning was bad enough, when all the sudden one of the barbers left her customer and adjusted the volume so that while trapped in the chair I was forced to not only see the fake news, but I had to listen to it as well. I refuse to support liberal causes, and to sit idly by whilea Progressive business tries to indoctrinate me.

Been to this place before my older son and he enjoyed the hair washing and service was great, I noticed they had a car shaped seat and given the fact my younger son was scared to get a hair cut I figured it would be good to take him. So I decided to give it a try, my younger son went to sit in the car as I asked one of the employees if it was okay, she said yes so my child was sitting in the car chair awaiting his hair cut and the was playing with the steering wheel on the car and another employee rudely said please tell your child to stop spinning the car wheel i cant hear anything, so I left. It was a very bad experience for me and I will not go back. She was extremely rude. As a person who is also in the customer service business I will let others know of my experience. Learn how to talk to people respectfully to next time.

I have been a few times and each time it feels as if the lady that cuts my hair hates life and has zero personality, let alone is happy that Im there at all. If you show up 30-45 before they close, they will turn you away and say that they are closed. They also charge you an additional charge to use a credit/debit card. My biggest complaint though is that they jacked up my sons hair on one side. My 3 or 4 experiences at this establishment have never really been all that good and I have decided to take my business elsewhere, even if its more expensive.

Ive been passing this place up for a while now to go to another barber shop that was farther and more expensive. After the last time that my old barber didnt fully finish the job and considering the cost and the excellent amount that I always tipped, I finally made my mind up to give this place a shot. Im very happy that I did. This place is pretty awesome. If they would only do facial shaves with a straight razor, my life would be complete.

I went into this shop at 1:30 and there was a line full of people, as soon as I walked into the barber shop the woman behind the counter said were closed. Thats fine and all but if you have 8 people waiting for haircuts 1 more wouldnt hurt. Ill do my business somewhere else the service here is unfriendely

Great little place. Usually pretty busy but they stay well staffed so they wait is never too long. $11.50 for a cut, shave, shampoo, warm towel, and neck rub. My son and husband love all this! Another added perk, I swear every single lady in there knows how to fade. No lines=happy mom!

Honestly it should be a negative. I walked in and specifically asked for a certain cutt and color and walked out with a complete different hair cutt that I didnt even ask for. My hair was extremely short and the wrong color with spots that she missed. They have lost my business.

Erin, my barber, did an awesome job. First time in a long time Ive gotten a hair cut I actually liked and could fully approve of. She was knowledgeable, experienced and even cordial. Definitely going to be go-to shop and barber from here on out.

Great haircuts but not going back. Tried to go 35 minutes before closing and with two people waiting they said they couldnt handle any more. Because I get off work at 5 or later, Im not going to go out of my way any more.

$11 haircut. Be sure you want military-style cut. They use clippers as main cutting tool. Scissors seem awkward in their hands.
