I go in for a trim on the sides because I messed up cutting my own hair. I said I want to keep the top as long as it is so I can grow it out but the woman cuts all of the top off and leaves a tuft of hair in the front. Pretty pissed, as she clearly agreed with me when I said leave the top how it is and now this will take months of time to get back what I had. Ended up shaving the whole thing because it looked awful. Not going back.
