My parents took my son into this shop a month ago while I was at work to get a haircut and decided not to stay after they overheard one of the shops employees on her cellphone making remarks to whomever she was talking to about how "she didnt have the patience nor time to deal with my son because he was whining before he was even in the chair". She repeated this more than once in her conversation. My son doesnt particularly like a haircut but not all children do at four years old and he wasnt screaming crying either. My parents decided to leave based on her attitude and took their money elsewhere. Im very glad they did because in my opinion if you dont have the patience and time for people then you dont need a job! I have debated on posting a review because I hate to bad mouth someones place of business but that was RUDE and VERY uncalled for!

The Dream

This Barber shop is not like your original Barber shop its upbeat and you choose what Barber you like to cut your hair or your childs hair by actually talking to them. If you just sit down and say nothing they will not know who you are there for. They were very nice, funny, and respectful. I enjoyed taking my son here and we will be coming back every time he needs a haircut. Thank you for a great experience!

You advertise your closing hour until 9pm. We arrived at 8:11pm. We were refused service along with another customer because out of all those chairs to had 1 person working. It is spring break and approaching Easter weekend. We are loyal customers and drove from ATL to visit this shop but it is a lesson learned. You all need to advertise a cut off time or better yet have enough employees to meet the demands.

Hate it........... I have NEVER run across such a rude bunch of people in my life thats suppose to be a business. I took my one year old grandson there for a hair cut and the three that were there cutting refused to cut his hair which is total fine but were extremely rude about it. No problem I will not go back there nor will I referr anyone to this rude bunch!

As petty as it may sound, one of my biggest concerns when I moved to panama city was finding a good barber...this barbershop has me satisfied. The vibe in the shop is street/hood with loud, explicit music which can be uncomfortable and annoying. Several wall mounted TVs to watch while waiting. Good place to meet new & different people though.

Im from out of town, and my son needed a cut for family pictures. Rome did an excellent job on my sons hair! He was pleased, my wife was fire hot (until she saw the finished product), and I knew it would be nice because of the previous customers hair cut. This shop had an amazing atmosphere, great conversation, barber skill & communication.

Very very unprofessional and "ratchet". New to the area, came from NYC, will never take my son again. No one knows how to communicate. My son waited an hour for another customer to come out and say they wasnt cutting hair anymore today! It was 7:30pm and website says you close at 9pm. Update your site to "my own hours"!

I have been coming to this barbershop for 6 yrs. I waited 3 hrs and one of the barbers refused to give me service. This is bad customer service. You have just lost a consumer. The wait wasnt a problem. I just didnt like the fact I waited 3 hrs and was refused service. Not coming back again.

Its a great cut but you have to wait way too long....I waited like 3 hours. The barbers come and go as they feel so dont even bother to count on their closing time being 9pm. If you really want to use these barbers, you best do it by appointment.

I rated this 2 stars because they are really good barbers once you actually get your haircut but the wait is ridiculous and I dont like how they take their walk-ins that are friends or whatever before people that have been in there waiting.

Bebo the barber cuts me by appointment weekly. Never have had a problem or cut that wasnt fire to the utmost. All the guys in the shop are professional and polite. Ive never had a visit that I saw a customer leave dissatisfied

Went in to get my sons haircut. They barely acknowledged us when we walked in the door. We sat there for the better part of an hour. Got fed up and left when they started seating walkins ahead of us. I will never go back

Waited with my grandson as they continually ignored us taking people who walked in way after we did. Never go there !! Ever even spoke to us. And we werent only ones. We walked out. So did others!
