Came in because of a flat on my wifes car. The representative Jose from the beginning was rude, short, and not willing to help. He told me to have the tire patched was $20 but I had to wait 1 hour and a half. An hour and a half to patch a tire, which only takes 5 minutes at most. I said ok because I had time to kill. The guy asked me if I had been there before, which I had unfortunately have, and proceeded to ask me for my phone number. My dads name popped up instead of mine and I told him that when I came, I had paid with my fathers Firestone credit card. He then says, so then youve never been here before. After putting my name in the system with my phone number and giving me the receipt for the work, he asks me if I was going to stay, theyre closing soon. They close at 5. (I walked in at 3:12). I told him I would be back before 5 since he said the car would be done by 4:45. He asked me again if I was going to stay and I gave him the same response. I understand that its a holiday and he doesnt want to work. Ive worked in retail my whole life and have worked countless holidays. But if youre that miserable when working, then maybe youre in the wrong line of work.

I brought a 98 dodge ram 1500 van here earlier this year. They told me I needed a new starter, after I already knew the van started very well having just test driven it. the only reason I had it towed here was because the brakes were finished. I still bought a new starter and battery for the van after which they told me the van would not start still after they installed the new starter I already told them It didnt really need. When they told me they were going to have to flush the fuel system next I had the van towed to my office instead. Once parked at my office I tried to start the vehicle myself to no avail. I got the bright idea to put a gallon and a half of gas in the tank and it started just fine after that. From my perspective it looks as though nobody at this Firestone knows how to troubleshoot at all. If nobody there could verify that the basic requirements for ignition were being met before telling me I needed to pay upwards of $300 to flush a fuel system that was just empty then maybe incompetence is just the standard at this particular Firestone.

I have been a customer of Firestone for 18 years and have been serviced by 5 different centers in 3 different states. I have always liked their service but this location is absolutely horrible. Took a month to have a part delivered that I could have gotten delivered to anywhere in the world in 48 hours... including other Firestone locations. After a one month hiatus with zero customer service, I bring in my car having been told my car would be treated as a priority. Two hours later and they still havent pulled my car into a bay. 10 employees working on cars and zero in the waiting room.... 4 people here waiting to even be greeted and its been 20 mins since the first of those 4 walked in here. Absolutely horrible service. Firestone is great but this place gives the company a really bad image. Find another Firestone.... trust me.

Here is my story. I first called to make an appointment for a simple oil change to my vehicle. The day of the appointment the gentleman inside told me that since I called to make the appointment, my car would be one of the first ones to be worked on. I waited patiently inside the waiting room for 2 hours only to find out that my car had still not moved from its original parking spot that I left it in. I told the gentleman that Ive waiting for well over 2 hours and that I also had a appointment. He seemed not to care about my concerns and simply said "We have other cars in." I then asked him how much longer till my vehicle gets checked and he responded by saying "youre going to have to wait much longer". With that response I simply asked for the return of my keys and left.

After shopping at the mall, I went to my car that now has a flat tire. I phoned for road side assistance. Then walked a block to this Firestone, explained my situation after inquiring about a deal to buy 4 tires. It was then 4:46 pm, they had to have them brought to this site. The manager assured me that he could finish mounting & balancing before closing if I could get my car there by 5:30. Well LSS I did, he did and I was on the road with 4 new tires at 7:45pm. I have to go back to have the alignment done. Oh yeah, this was Thanksgiving eve. Cudose to the delivery driver that fetched the tires from the other site!

Worst experience, rude people. In the beginning they never give a estimate for oil change or what type of oil they are going to use. After waiting almost 3 hours for oil change and see people come in and get out .I asked for my key, because i cant wait any longer, and guest what, they dont know where my key was, they star looking around, no mechanic saw my order or my key. They never give my oil change order to any mechanic. After, they found my key and i was waiting for at least : " We apology" , but nothing, they only said : "Have a nice day"...oh yeah ...I can only say " Thank You for wasting my time" .

Went here thinking a place that specializes in tires could handle a job of installing tires and an alignment. I couldnt have been any more wrong, upon bringing my car in for three consecutive weekends due to the car pulling to the right I finally just went elsewhere where it was determined the car was out of alignment specs. Two reasons I gave one star, couldnt give zero and during the process the employees were nice... Also, I found fingertip grease stains along an interior side railing. I am very meticulous in keeping my car clean so this wasnt from me. Thankfully I was able to remove the stains

I went today for an oil change.they told me 3 things that were wrong and needed fixing asap. #1 they told me, my new battery was low on a charge.#2 they said the battery was old 23-25 months manufactured. #3 they said my air filters were bad.So went to store where i got battery 10 months ago and my filters. #1 my battery was tested at a wrong higher charge, so of course its gonna read low. #2 my manufacture sticker on the side of my battery said febuary 2016(today is 5/15/2017). #3 my air filters were 2 months old an looked brand new(because they were).SCAMMERS DONT GO THERE

I was there yesterday with an AC problem. They quoted me 470 Stating : The blower fan and resistor needed to be replaced. It is always good to get a second opinion. So I went to another mechanic. The only reason the AC was not working is because the fuse which cost around $5 needed to be replaced. What outraged me most, they even removed the fuse so I would never know what was wrong it with. I really hope the Government creates some law to prosecute this type of illegal activity. I plan to write a letter to the CEO of this company.
