My experience with Prestige Auto Tech, I went in for a few things. To redo my headliner, install an overhead console and check an engine problem. When we spoke of pricing and details “J” told me the headliner would be $250 and I clearly told him I wanted (Black suede). He told me that would be fine, When I dropped off the Jeep, “J” informed me that they did not offer Seude and never did. Okay whatever I already wasted my time. I ask “J” (Sales guy that was helping me) just please make the headliner is black. I EVEN CALLED HIM AFTER I LEFT TO REMIND HIM. Guess what…. They installed a grey headliner. Than “J” had the nerve to tell me that it looked better with grey and black won’t look nice (he never offered to redo it even when I told him I was unhappy and it’s not what I wanted). NEXT. The overhead console. I brought it from an online seller and made sure it was the same year so it will be easier to install (nothing to do with Prestige Auto) When Prestige Auto got around to installing it they found out it’s not the same year so some cutting will have to be done. They were nice enough to not charge me extra for the mix up and extra work that needed to be done to install it (reminded me every chance they got). I was with “J” outside during that process of finding to tell me why it didn’t work. One of the tech came outside and started to talk to me (HE CAME TO ME. I NEVER REQUESTED HIM) (They have a policy in which techs can’t talk to customers) but mid-sentence while I was talking to him he literally walked away. When I went home that day, I found the bracket that holds the overhead console in my back seat and pieces of the headliner all over my car (I put it in my passenger seat so when I went back they could correctly mount it) NEXT. To fix my engine problems. I LITERALLY sent “J” VIDEOS to his email and show him the 3 issues I wanted looked at. One. It shuts off on the highway. Two. It will not turn on if I try to start it with the engine hot (misfiring). 3. Shaking when it’s driving (misfiring) In about 30 minutes “J” had found out ALL the problems. He told me both the Crank Position Sensor and Camshaft Position Sensor were bad. Okay cool Let’s get the work done. He charged me $117 for the Crank Position Sensor and $169.95 for the Camshaft Position Sensor (which I found on “N***” for only $48.99). I asked why are you charging me so much. He said they only buy OEM parts from the dealer (I am aware “N” sells OEM) but “J” states he is giving me the best price because he was buying it from the dealer. Because I did not know the dealer price at that time, I took his word. I later found out the dealer charges $69 for the Camshaft Position Sensor. “J” was charging me almost TRIPLE for the part if they got it from the dealer and if they got it from “N” would have charged QUADRUPLE (4X) the amount. When I pick up the Jeep, the tech started it to pull it to parking space and it misfired right in front of me. They LITERALLY just parked the car and “J” gave me the keys and said thank you. I told him your tech was just having problems with it misfiring. After going back and forth telling him I was right next to the car when the tech couldn’t start it He took it to the back and asked the tech to look at it. He came back 2 minutes later and told me it’s misfiring because of Emissions (Emissions will NEVER cause that problem) I paid them to fix the problem which I was told were the sensors now “J” states it is the emissions (lie) I LEFT. I called to talk to the manager and the only thing he could help me with was bringing the Jeep back in and I would have to pay a diagnostic fee again. When I told the Manager all the problems they did not fix he tried to cover up my complaints with excuses like (we didn’t charge you extra for the overhead console (which I appreciated) or it was a miscommunication). Right before I ended the call he had the unbelievable nerve to tell me (Next time you come here don’t come with attitude) are you SERIOUS!

After taking my Vintage 1992 BMW 735i to other shops in an attempt to save money, all roads would lead me back to Presige Auto Tech who would fix it correctly, and at a reasonable price. I had severe electrical problems with my BMW and took it to a shop which specialized in auto electrical repair could not diagnose the issue and told me they would have to order a part from Germany and the part alone would cost over $700, not even counting the labor cost or a GTY that this would even solve the issue. Prestige figured it out right away and the repair cost less than the part alone that the competitors said they would have to order. My wife also has a 2003 BMW 530i which had issues where the car would vibrate when applying the brakes. Prestige put it on a lift, tightened one of the bolts to a rocker arm which solved the issue and didnt even charge me for their labor or time. Moral of the story, dont try non BMW mechanics in order to try and save money and take it to Prestige the first time and have it done correctly. I trust them and will always take my cars there.

Outstanding Job, service and care! I was involved in a fender bender and was truly impressed with the precision of excellence in the work ethic of this business. They did an incredible job with the body work. And as far as the mechanical issues that needed to be fixed, also well taken care of. They cleaned and decreased the engine and gave my car a complimentary car wash before pickup! AWESOME! Competitive pricing, but honestly more than reasonable for the great service, care, they provide. They even follow up with you during the entire process to let you know what the status of your car is in. Overall greatly satisfied and highly recommend this place for any of your car needs. This is truly your one stop shop for any of your car needs!

Customer beware! My first impression was great and the service SEEMED to fix my problem, but the "guarantee" is absolutely useless even when the same problem recurs 2 months later. All of a sudden youre out $1200 and a car that has even more issues than before. Now different lights come on the dash, and lift the hood and you find a bunch of loose things...all because I asked for an honest estimate but instead got an angry mechanic that simply told me cars are expensive to fix. FYI labor is more than double the parts and i got a "discount" equal to what another mechanic wouldve charged me before discounts. This is the worst place...wish I never went there. Hope this save someone else their hard earned money.

I was having difficulties with my car and a friend recommended this place. When I first walked in I thought maybe I was in the wrong place because of how nice, clean, and organized everything looked. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. While working on my car they kept me up to date one what they thought the problem might be and what to do to fix it. I never felt like I was being scammed or taking advantage of. Ive had experiences at other places where the mechanics tell me all these things that are wrong with my car just to try and get my money. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend Prestige if you are looking for any type of service for your car.
