Only gave it a one because you cant give it a zero. Agent there to have a tune up on my truck. Already told them I needed and plug wires. After arguing with them and telling them I did not want an additional $1000 worth of work done they agreed. To repair what I asked them to originally. They said the other work was needed because of the milage on the truck. I told them how do you know that the work may have already been completed elsewhere? So they change the wires coil and plugs. I told them that the plugs were platinum and were good for 100k miles. Truck only had 70k miles on it. They then accused me of mixing the plug wires. I told them they were the origial motorcraft wires that came with the truck. He said they were different color boots. Well they change the parts. Guess what the new wires were different colors also. Imagine that! Two days later I return. One of the new plug wires went bad. I asked the manager (tommy) if he was going to replace the wires. He told me to come back tomorrow and we would replace all the wires. So I marked the wires in the morning. Drop off my truck. They keep it all day. When I arrived I asked if they chaneg all the wires. Ii was told all wires were replaced. We even went in the shop and asked the service tech if all the wires were replaced. Again I was told yes. Well we popped the hood...guess what they only changed one wire. Bottom line here is they will never get my business again. They lie and are not trustworthy.

I showed up last minutes because my tire was going flat, and wouldnt hold any air. they squeeze me in to fix my tire. turns out I needed a whole new tire. they had my tire in stock. the did a great job, really fast, I didnt have to wait long because how quick they were. even if I did have to wait a while, I wouldnt of mind because Maria had such a great personality, and kept me entertained with her conversation. she had wonderful customer service! very sweet lady! Israel was another great personality doing all the dirty work, getting my tire fixed with rapid succession. very knowledgeable with the product and the labor that is required. he even took the time out to show me what was wrong with my old tired and explained why it was important to replace the tire. he DID NOT scratch my rim. All with the help of Roy. If i could give 10 Stars I would. Im usually dont write reviews but i had to write one for this crew!

This place is a completely disorganized and unworthy of your trust. These reviews must have been given by employees or family of employees. I had a bad feeling once I walked in and was told, prior to any diagnostic or even being handed the keys, that they thought it was a certain "other" problem. They charged me $107 to recharge the AC and took an hour longer than they quoted me on time, which made me late for a lecture. After they inconvenienced me this much, they told me I didnt need freon, but they did the recharge anyway. This is simply bad business. Also, the entire time I was in the office, a lady was on the phone with her friend gossiping and using foul language to do so. I was appalled by my experience in this establishment. If my husband was not gone on a military deployment, he would have done this himself for $35 in under 15 minutes.

Maria and Ray have great customer service. Tommy the manager however is a piece of work, anyone who doesnt know this doesnt know Tommy. He attempted to embarrass me by implying I didnt know what I was talking about when asked for quote to replace a fuel air filter. Although it is an uncommon part, I expected him to be inquisitive not downright disrespectful. After he later realized my vehicle does indeed have this part he then attempted to explain what it does and what systems it belonged to rather just acknowledge his unprofessional and crude behavior. I didnt get an apology, although the detail he place on explaining the part, was taken as one because Im aware apologizing is hard for some people. Altogether great shop, but Tommy needs work :)

I went to 2 other local Goodyear stores before find the right place where "Tommy" works. My brother in law had a serious stroke a few weeks ago, and he was the car maintenance guy for my sisters car. Since my BIL told me to ask for Tommy, I kept looking until I found him! I felt immediately welcomed by the staff, and was so thankful they were able to service the vehicle and replace the battery, which was on its last gasp (unknown to us). I made a new friend while waiting for the car (another customer) and Maria was especially kind and engaging. If I lived here, I would go to this service center! Im thankful that my sister and her husband have such a company that they can trust. Thanks again.

I was visiting a relative in the Redlands when my car started to give me problems. I went to a local repair shop that gave me an estimate that seemed excessive. My brother recommended Homestead Tire and Auto. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the service. They were friendly, professional AND game me an estimate that was half as much as the other shop! Not only did they repair it the same day but the manager, Tommy, told me about other repairs that I would be needing in the future after I returned home. I spoke to my regular mechanic and he said they did a great job at a good price. I recommend Homestead Tire and Auto.

Attention to all women: Best place for women to go!!! Most honest!! Homestead Tire has always been a top notch shop. From the Owners to the Techs, Sales Associates and their Shop manager is probably the most knowledgeable in Homestead. Recommend highly for all your repair and Maintenance needs. They give excellent Service - Very grateful that I found Homestead Tire & Auto Service Center.. Along with honesty, integrity and excellence in service, I fully recommend them.

Awful is an understatment. 3rd trip in and the simple work is still not done because of bad communication between the guys at the counter, the mechanics and the parts guy ( who was rude from the start.) If you can find someone else to do the work, do yourself a favor. Wont ever be back and am out $89 for the scan they did. Sickening...

These guys are awesome. Blew a tire coming back from Flamingo and needed a quick fix at 5:50 PM. They stayed late and had my boat on the floor jack before I even left the cash register. Had what I needed had it done in under 10 minutes and we are thankful for the great service
