Terrible service. Do not take your car for a/c check here. Mike the service guy said he would provide an estimate on how much it would take to fix a/c. Took over an hour for checking it, then said total is $1450 for replacing compressor and dryer. I told him its too much and i dont have the money to fix it right away so he then charged $170 for the "a/c check". He did not mention that to get an estimate it would cost anything. He did not provide a written estimate as required by florida law. I will be suing this place as Mike threaten to keep my car hostage until I paid the $170.

This location deserves 10 stars!! My front passenger side tire needed air and so I pulled into the West Kendall Toyota dearlership service area. I asked if I can get air and was informed that the charge would be $30.00 for air since I did not piurchased the vehicle there. I have been to Ford, Chrysler/Jeep, Honda and Infinti service and was NEVER insulted in any form or fashion for air. I immedaitely took my keys, left and drove down the road. Not only did I get free air but also all of my tires checked. Kudos to Milke the Manager and Mike the technician. 10 THUMBS UP!!!!!!

I have them change tires for my Honda Civic and they broke one of the tire pressure sensors. It was horrible that they could not solve this issue after I sent my car to their shop for 15 times later (TRUE, through 15 times). They told me many different reasons and eventually I had to send my car to Honda dealer. It was an hour job for the dealer and cost me $250 extra. My experience with this auto shop has been a nightmare.

Mike was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car. I hadnt seen him in a year and he remembered me and was able to look up all the work done on my car there previously with ease. He had my car detailed for free when it got dirty during repair. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely keep going to Mike shop in the future.

My experience at quick line was stress free. Very quick service and honest. The customer is well informed of what is to be done and told of problems that are discovered. Trust that they are truthful. I knew of the other issues before I went and they were spot on, no misleading or taking advantage 100% recommended.

Ive been using them for both my cars for almost 2 years now. They have worked with me when I had my own parts for the job, and the prices they charge for their parts arent bad either. Theyre not real pushy with upselling, and I feel I can trust them with my vehicles.

I have been taking all my cars there since 2007. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The service is great and the techs will take the time to explain the needed repairs. There is no other shop that I have been to like this one. Keep up the good work!

Great service and friendly staff! I have a 88 Firebird thats difficult to find some parts for, yet they serviced my engine quickly! They accuratly diagnosed/repaired the problems, and were affordable given their expertise. Check them out!

AWFUL place to go . I bought 4 New tires n they gimme 65miles G N I told that I had trip to Nj . 1of my tire hard flat n I wen to replace n the company told that they dont cover it . I paid 600$ for all tires
