My Firestone representative, Charleston Ramasir, and the accompanying staff were very informative on both cars regarding their maintenance and safety issues. I had recently brought two of my cars at this location for standard maintenance, wherein I learned that my rear shoe breaks were loose. Instead of bombarding me with descriptive words and context laced with jargon, Mr. Ramasir and his staff physically presented the issue with a calm and clear explanation in how and why this happens. Further, and similarly, all of my questions were fully answered about my vehicles. I did service my vehicles to their recommendations, not because of a redundant attempted persuasive sales pitch, but from a true and well-informed decision. A car is more than an investment it guards your safety every mile. Mr. Ramasir and his staff gave me quality care and assurance that I am not just another number to a system, but a person.

Done with Firestone. Brought my sons car into Firestone(again) because the water light started coming on again. Water pump was already changed twice by them. Also asked them to check charging system as the battery had died. Received phone call the next day informing me that the intake manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced, to the cost of over $1000. Brought the car to another mechanic who told me that there was a hose in the rear portion of the engine that was too soft and showed signs of leaking, AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. Changed the hose, fixed the problem. They also informed me that the battery and charging system were fine. Two days later the battery so was dead it would not even take a jump. Replaced battery, no more problem. Will never return to Firestone again.

If you want to go and waste your time while being poorly attended by some guy who has no clue about customer service, this is your place to go. I called prior of going from them to suggest me an appropriate time to go in and get mi AC checked (just checked), they told me "you can come in now, we are not very busy", so I did, 10 minutes later I was at their branch in Commercial Blvd and they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait and 30 minutes to get the full diagnosis, that was fine. I am an extremely patient person so I sat at their waiting area and after 1hr and 25mins they never even moved my car. Would never EVER, recommend this place to anyone I know or ask me for a review of Firestone.

My husband and I each had great customer service from Brandon. My husband previously was turned off by an unfriendly and unhelpful employee. Time had passed and he needed tires so he decided to stop in and was impressed with the helpful and friendly service. He had shopped around and ended up buying the tires. A month later when I needed an alignment, he called Brandon and set up an appointment for me. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. I had called back a couple of times afterward with a couple of questions and Brandon answered in a friendly manner even though Im sure he was busy. We believe in acknowledging a job well done, so thank you.

So they wanted 1500 dollars to fix my ac and supposedly my ac compressor was no good also my condenser was no good ... So I obviously didnt have that kind of money so I went to pep boys and got a 2nd opinion and needless to say my compressor and condenser was perfectly fine no issues only thing they had to do was remove the freon from the lines and replace with the right amount of freon . And pep boys did it for free because I had my 7 month old son with me and Firestone knew I had my 7 month old son with me and still didnt do anything to help me out ... Stay away ... All they want is money they dont care about customer service

I have new Toyota Corolla and I needed my first oil change. I was told to visit Firestone by my sister and the experience was great. I dont know much about cars and have bad experiences with being taken advantage of. I was greeted by the store manager Charleston which is rare as I know theyre always in the background. But he was there and very friendly. His entire staff was very nice and made everyones visit there a pleasure. Great store and staff, will definitely be back. Oil change price was pretty awesome too!!!

When I came in with my car making a horrible noise -Luis and Juan did a great job addressing what was going on. Actually something in the front end was lose & just needed to be tightened. This is now my shop - refreshing to have them address whats wrong & not try to run up a bill. The shop I was using closed & I need someplace that I can rely on to shoot straight & treat me fair. Ive found it. & Ill recommend them to my family.

They messed up and broke 2 of my studs after I bought brand new tired from them. I brought it back and thy said they fixed it and they were worse. And when I tried calling them they ignored my call from 630-645. Be careful they want to sell you things, but dont want to be responsible for their mistakes. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I know there was somebody in the building when I called.

This Firestone location refused to repair my tire that had a nail in it because they said the sidewall was damaged and tire wasnt repairable and I need to buy a new tire. I took the car somewhere else and they patched the hole of the nail and I have been using the tire for about a year now drove already 10,000 miles.

Mechanic was working on a car he ahould have finshed earlier ao he left my car for over 2 hrs unattended when all i needed was an oil change and new brake pads. The job should have been done in an hr tops. Worst firestone i have ever been to and the last time i will come here

Had a flat tire, it was a screw and manager says it was "too close to the edge" and that they wont fix it, instead he suggests I buy a new tire $$$, so we went to Pep Boys across the street and got it fixed.
