I had an appointment to get one single tire checked for nails. It took them an hour to even get my car back into the shop and then another 45 minutes for them to plug my tire. Total time of waiting 2 hours with an appointment to get nails removed from my tires. Absolutely ridiculous and $20 for each tire!!! definitely not coming back here ever again. Editing this 9 months later and this place is still terrible!! It took an entire day to get new tires put on my car. One week later one tire is leaking air so I go in to ask if they can look at it and the guy tells me Im gonna have to wait at least an hour just to get my tire looked at! But he could fill it up for me so I could leave if I wanted. I can do that myself!!! Every time I go in this place theyre rude to me and personally I feel like its because Im a woman. So thanks for that! I said I would never go back but I didnt have a choice when one of my tires blew since its the closest tire shop to me. Luckily Im moving and finding a new one!!!

Highly Recommended!! These guys are great!!! They helped me with "buy 3 get 1 off" tire deal, and on top of that Bill tipped me about coming in a few days latter and getting $150 off BLACK FRIDAY special!!! They also informed me of a missing/broken piece (from an accident i had a few months ago) and explained that was why my alignment was off... but yet, they didnt pressure me to take the repair... The location is neat and not busy since it is in a more "residential area". >Bottom line: they are super nice and cool, they look out for you and the best part, they are not crooks!! Ask for Bill when you walk in, he is the manager and an awesome guy. _____ Here is an update: I went today to get another Alignement and Tony left my car "like new". He is sooooooo Nice! Everyone there is nice, but Tony is the nicest! Ask for him when you walk in, he will greet you with a smile everytime :)

I went here with the hopes of swapping out my tires from one vehicle to the next. The task was unsuccessful! Luckily I lived in the area and was avle to bring the original rires I had from one vehicle to atleast change out the tires on the car Im selling. My experience was uncomfortable because although the staff at the front was nice and professional, the mechanics were aggressively loud and act as if they never wanted to do the job in the beginning. I really didnt want them to work on my car at this point, but I remained calm until part of the task was complete. I was them charged for the full task although what I originally wanted done. When I asked why the response I got was " well the guys in the back ended up doing more work then they thought." Wow... Great job!! I will never xome to this place for services again because I felt ripped off!!!

These people are rip off artists of the worst kind. I got an estimate for my car for an A/C problem. They charged me $120 to check it out, it took them 5 hours to look at the car. They quoted me $1,500 to fix the problem and the mechanic kept calling the part by the wrong name, I actually had to correct him. I took the car to the Cadillac dealer. The CADILLAC DEALER charged me $800!!!!! How does the dealer charge me less than Firestone? If you want to drain your bank account, this is the place to go. I wouldnt even get my oil change done here. Horrible.

I had dropped my car off at 10am, and was expecting it to be done sooner than it was, but when I went in to check on it they apologized sincerely, and informed us that they had been short handed due to an employee having to leave for a family emergency. Even though my experience was a little longer than expected, they had fantastic customer recovery and very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this Firestone location, the manager at the front desk is excellent. I will be a customer there from now on !

People are rude like they are doing you a huge favor in fixing your car. Went in for an oil change. Was sent away twice because they were too busy. Finally I said I would not return so they agreed to change my oil. I was charged for high mileage oil when my car has less than 50,000 miles. Was charged for 7 quarts of oil for my trailblazer. I can see 5 or 6 but 7...where did they put all that oil? I think folks should keep looking for a better place, I know I will.

Please dont waste your time here. I came in yesterday saying I needed rotors and they came back to me saying nothing was wrong, I told them to check again and they ended up replacing my back and resurfacing my front. The guy said he took a screw out of my tire but that there was no hole. I woke up this morning to a flat tire and now they are saying there is still no hole. They are obviously not very smart and I wont be returning.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years and have always been extremely satisfied with service. As a women who has been cheated in the past in the car industry, knowing that I can trust these guys is priceless. We use them for everything, from oil changes to tune ups. Just today I went in for a torn engine shield and they once again proved to be quick and extremely reasonable! Thanks Victor!!!

I have been using these guys for as long as I have had my car (for everything from oil changes to new brakes to changing out my whole steering mechanism), and they always do a fantastic job. I refuse to take my car anywhere else, and they are always accommodating no matter what. They always ensure that everyone is done correctly and stand by their work. I highly recommend this store.

I have to admit I rather go to jiffy lube and pay a little extra for an oil change and car inspection cause it took them four hours and I had an appointment and told them I was going to wait for it oh did I add Im 6 1/2 months pregnant. N for some damn reason every time I get my car back it starts to shake so now I have to get another balance in my car. Lord!! Over it.

I visisted here and took Car Care Package for $10 , they screwed my happiness with there careless vehicle inspection check , which lead me to fix new brake wheel Cylinders. Please dont visit this guys ... They are reckless ,careless and value only for money. I have ended up paying more for nothing with my car with their careless vehicle inspection deal...

The best Firestone Ive been. Recently lowered my car and the Firestone I usually go in Hallendale said the car is too low to go up on their ramps. Came to this location based on a recommendation from my friend. They aligned my car with no issues. It took them less than 1 hour compared to the other branches Ive been taking 2-4 hours.
