DONT GO THERE!!!! I HAD TO GIVE IT 1 STAR IN ORDER FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO POST!!! The owner of the shop is very unprofessional, tacky, and money hungry. Shes extremely pushy and works her nail techs like slaves. I went there several times, so what I am writing is based on several experiences (UNTIL MY LAST VISIT...SEE #3). 1st, the owner interrogated me about another local nail salon that I had visited. She wanted to know the other locations address & whereabouts, prices, their services, and nationality of the people and owner who worked there. As I was leaving, the owner of Mayflower came to me and TOLD me, "Dont go there anymore. You come here." 2nd, after speaking with different nail techs, I was told the same thing at different times from different girls-they are EXPECTED not to take lunch together, exchange numbers, or carry on any type of friendship with one anther outside of the business. 3rd, the owner cursed me out and if I didnt keep my cool, things DEFINITELY COULD HAVE GOTTEN PHYSICAL!!!!! I went in for a pedi and the nail tech was very young and cut both my toes. I stopped the young girl and called the owner over. I was in a lot of pain and the areas where I was cut, was swollen and very red and I was in a lot of pain!! The owner did not acknowledge me, however, the owner continued with the pedicure and had the young girl shadow her and they were whispering to each other in their language. I tried explaining to the owner that I was in pain and asked if she was going to continue to ignore me and could she at least give me a verbal response or even a nod of the head but SHE DID NOTHING!! After a few times of her coming close to hurting me even more and me having to ask her to be careful and at times asking her not to use certain instruments on my toes because I was afraid that she was going to further hurt me, she still IGNORED ME!!! I asked her a few more times if she heard anything that I was saying and was she going to acknowledge how much pain I was in and the bleeding this young lady caused me, the owner jumped up and told me to GET OUT! She told me that she was not going to paint my toes and for me to leave. I told her that she didnt know how to run a business and that she was a very unprofessional owner. As I got into my car (parked right in front of the salon), the owner followed me outside!!!! I got out of my car and asked her what was her intention of following me outside if I had already left? We shared words and this woman actually WISHED DEATH ON ME!!!! She continuously pointed to the sky and then to me and repeatedly wished death on me!!!! Shes disgusting!!!!

Horrible place. Do not waste your time. The owner who sits upfront as you walk in on the right side table, is the most unprofessional, dishonest,rudest person! Not only is she rude to her employees whom most have left. She pushes and upsells nail treatment and services even after you tell her no. Once she is halfway done, she claims it was a language barrier, yet your stuck paying for it. In addition, She is rude with clients. After waiting over 2 hours for pedi and refill on my nails. After getting my feet done, i finally got to her station to get my re-fill. I was on the phone using my bluetooth headset. Having my hands available for her to work on them. She filed the old acrylic off, having my nails look horrible as its halfway. When she had the nerve to yell at me to say i needed to get off my phone and end my conversation, as she had a headache!! I asked her to please clarify her ask, as iam shocked that she would truly ask any customer to shut up and get of thier personal phone. I said to her my hands has nothing to do with my conversation. She said well my head hurts and your talking on the phone is making me sick...lol.. i said wow, when you and your staff sit here and yell back and forth in your Vietnamese language while your paying customers are here, and your most likely speaking bad about us makes it ok??. She said that she was not going to finish my nails. After a 2 hour wait on a Sunday at 6:50pm she left my nails a mess. I would never bring my business to this shop again!

This is my favorite nail salon in the area. The prices are very reasonable and the nail technicians are the best! Its a family owned place and the salon has a local family feel. Its not too fancy, but very comfortable and clean. I am always extremely satisfied with my manicures and pedicures when I leave. I love going to Heidi who is very sweet and meticulous at making sure your mani/pedi are perfect. Also, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays a mani/pedi combo is only $27.00! Ive started getting the "Gelish" manicures. The nail polish is an innovative formula that lasts for ~2 weeks with no chips. I love it and recommend it! Its makes a manicure worth paying for because it lasts. I believe the gel manicure is 20 dollars more than a regular one, but its worth it. This is a great neighborhood salon and I definitely recommend it!

Do not go here!!!! This place it horrible. The male owner at the front desk is a moron. He does not know how to take an appt. Since he doesnt know English he constantly books people on the wrong day and then tries to blame you. He did it to me today and I have seen him do it to other customers in the past. He is arrogant. He is wife of a prize too. She tells customers to hush that they are speaking to loud. And it is common for her to get in a screaming match with customers. The quality of their product has gone down significantly. You can tell that they do something to it. They are not reliable, rude and lack quality products. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever. I called to make an appointment, which they even confirmed, and when I go the day of my appointment the owner Amy told me I had no appointment. She rudely told me that many people kept saying that they had appointment when they really didnt. This is the second time this happens. I feel sorry for the girls that work there, especially Lily, since they do an amazing job and its sad that they have to work under such bad management. Never going back there and I certainly dont recommend it due to the owner.

Okay, so Ive veem comming here for a few years and the prices are great... $27 mani & pedi Monday - Thursday, $30 rest.... Add $5 for French. The thing is, not all technicians are amazing... But last time I went I got one that goes by "MY" (I saw that on her supplies and when she wrote her name on the list) her service was by far the best. I got a gel French mani and its literally so detailed and delicate! I love it!!!

Ive been coming to Mayflower for couple years now. Everyone is quite nice and very customer friendly! I go to Lily unless she is not available and if not I ask for Kelli, since I get Gel nails. Lily is wonderful, takes her time to make sure the customer is very happy. I usually call and make appointment since I do gel nails but if your just looking for a regular mani-pedi you can just walk in.
