Absolutely terrible service. Tried twice to get the attention of someone to get another employee over to the urban decay section and nobody cared or said what they had to to make me go away. I stood in the section for too long and still nobody came and help. I will never go in there again and my advice is to find another store or order online. Such rudeness. Youve lost my business and Im spreading the word.

Went to check Clinique products, the only consultant that they have for Clinique was doing customer service (which is nice from her) to another costumer on another area or brand department, costumer wasnt looking into Clinique products I waited 20 minutes patiently. I feel that they should have staff for every prestige brand and have one person just for people looking into Clinique products.

Customer service is always excellent. Prices are reasonable. Ulta products are always affordable and work wonders. My go to cosmetic and facial care place. Their rewards program always sends great coupons with savings and some free items, sometimes.

They rearranged the place and killed the traffic flow. There are a few employees there that can be snotty. They prefer higher end clients
