All the personnel is very qualified and its updated with the latest hair care techniques . Daira is my hair specialist ever since I have gone to HD Silvrer Palms. Daira is an excellent hair stylist She takes care and follows up with my gray hair tint every three weeks, highlights every 6 months, hair cut every 3 months, botox treatment every 2 months and hair extenions from cylinder, tape and most recently keratine extensions. There is another young lady, Diana. Diana takes care of my eyebrows by shaping them and painting them to the perfection . When i have had an emergency to wash and blow dry my hair and by chance Daira has been off I have been taken care by Yaidelin, Glidys, Milagros and Nancy and they are all wellnqualified and all of them have very good customer service. HD Silver Palms prices are fair which is also one of the reasons why i have been attending since 3 years ago ingrid bodden

**DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT AT THIS PLACE** A MUST READ FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO DYE THEIR HAIR OR CUT. OBVIOUSLY THIS PLACE & PEOPLE ARE NOT TOO INTELLIGENT.wish I can give zero stars but its not an option. First off they will hit you with a lot of hidden fees just to jack up the price, or to make you come again. The manager is nice, I cant blame her she has to get a check. Oh, and if you are any nationality other than Hispanic, dont go there because they only cater to their people. You will be treated like a second class citizen in America. Either way, if you want to be tricked and hoodwinked, and you have the extra money for the foolishness then this place is for you.

El Peor lugar de cabello que he conocido la segunda ves que voy no dice ni Hola. Y lo Peor Se preguntando entre todas aver quiet le da la gang de a tender a uno a lot ultimo decen todos estamos ocupados no te dicen quieres Esperar of venir otro dia woooo que fantastic de education y etica.

Parece que tienen mucha Clientela porque cada vez que llamo (3 times) diferentes dias y horas para ver si me pueden hacer (solo lavado & blow dryer) nunca tienen tiempo...!!! Que bueno por ellos que tienen tanto trabajo, ojala los dueños de estos salones sepan cuanto trabajo rechazan

i went to hairdoctors specialty salon and i was a client of Misleydis, i was impress of the way that salon looked very clean,but what i loved the most was misleydis she has done a amazing job on my hair , i came in and when i came out i was a new person i love the way she works the way she talks to me , shes a professional at what she does ,i will recommend this salon to my friends and i will also come back when i need my hair done.

Bad service, dirty place, and dishonest people! I specifically asked about the price for a haircut+blowdry when I walked in, but they charged me double when I paid. And they accused me for using a bad creditcard when their system was "not working"! Of course they prefer cash. Because they dont even give a receipt when customers pay with cash! Worst experience ever!!!

Went to Hairdoctors for the first time today, from the first impression I really liked it, its very clean and the employees are very nice. Got my hair cut and blow dried by Misleidys she did a GREAT job, I am very happy and pleased with the job she has done. My hair has never looked so good before. I defenetly recommend to people to come here!!!!

Absolutely love this place. I always feel pampered and amazing when Im done. Daira is wonderful have been coming to the salon for allost 4 yrs and wouldnt change it for the world. Extensions color cut blow dry all is done with quality and care. They are very very flexible and go the extra mile to make sure you feel loke a queen.

The best service in the area of Silver Palms and you cant compare the price and hair dressers! The girls are great they make you feel like family. They have a nail tech who is also great and is always busy which is a good sign. My specific hair dresser Daira is great well actually AMAZING!

They burned my hair I had to cut my hair almost a buzz haircut they dont know what they are doing and then they dont do anything to help you once the mistake is done dont go to these people you will regret it.
