Total rip off joint! Read this fully!! They install defective hair with rancid odors, claiming its real but its not, Within one week my girlfriends hair when so frizzy, it was un manageable , made two more trips to try and get it corrected without luck. Then the installer said she agreed the hair was bad and would talk to the manager to see what the hair manufacture would do about it. Nothing, they said the hair purchased from their store had no manufactures warranty. Then after several demands to speak to the owner, he refused to have any conversation about her experience. Then to top it off, while they are moving to a new location, my girlfriend was speaking to the manager again near the new store, she too said the hair was not right, but once again said she would see what she can do.Then all the sudden, while they are talking, the owner was walking up to the store, the manager said, "excuse me, I need to see what "that man" wants, walked up to him, they spoke and he left. GUESS who he was?? THE OWNER, what kind of business owner refuses to speak to a customer about her experience, what kind of man hides behind his female workers and allows them to give customers the run around. The last words were, give us back the hair and we will send it to the manufacturer to see if the hair is defective, or if it was customer neglect. Let me be honestly clear, we are professional business owners, we know how to be calm and conduct ourselves professionally. These people are selling bad hair, will not stand behind their products, if you are not happy with the product, you will get the biggest runaround of your life and will regret the money you will loose to this establishment. And if you read the other reviews posted here, look at how many were posted in the same month, and how they sound like a commercial, not personal experience!! I smell rancid hair, like the hair they sold my girl!!

Let me start by saying the color came out really nice when she finished blow drying it (not all that great once I washed and ironed it at home days later). However , not only was it ridiculously overpriced but I literally sat there for just about 4 hours. After putting the bleach in my hair the girl who was doing it decided to dye, cut, and blow dry two other women before finishing me off. (I got to sit in the sink staring at the ceiling while she finished the 2 who came in after me). Maybe that explains why my ends look even worse then when I went in , that or it could be the choppy job she did cutting it. All in all I had high hopes for this place but for the price of $300-up and experience I will most definitely not be coming back.

Excellent service! Andrea is marvelous, she cut my hair, did PURPLE bayalage & blow dry. It looked exactly how I explained to her and even better!! Thank you Andrea! :) Exelente servicio! I had to get my mom a birthday gift... had no idea what to get her. I saw these guys on Twitter (@Hair_Miami) and went on their site to shop around. And since I have no idea what women like, I called them up to recommend me something. They were very helpful on the phone, they recommended the Moroccan oil hydrating shampoo. I ordered it on their site and got it very quickly. Really helpful service, and my mom loves the gift!

Amazing!!! I came in today for the first time to this salon to do a color correction on my balayage that was orange, and Cynthia completely turned that around and got the perfect hint of blonde I wanted. All the women are so friendly creating a great atmosphere. Definitely coming back and booking with Cynthia!! She takes time in your hair and knows exactly what she is doing.. you wont regret it.

JB Hair and beauty world is amazing because it is a one stop shop. You go in and go makeup to hair care products and you can go do your hair and nails by some really good cosmetoligist. I reccomend this to anyone who needs beauty products. Good prices and great customer service as well. even better they have an online store so now you can order things and it will be shipped to you so quickly. :)

I went to JB Beauty to do my hair and I had a great experience. The girl was very proffesional and I am very happy with my hair and my hairstylist. Also, she recomended proffesional products that I cannot find at other salons. Unfortunately, you might have had a random bad experience, but in my opinion there are very good hairstylist that are very experienced and do a great job.

I have come about 5 times in the last year to Stephanie at JB hair salon and I have NEVER been disappointed. I come out of this salon feeling beautiful and well taken care of. She is extremely kind and knows her stuff. Now she has an amazing assistant that adds even more to her services. I highly recommend Stephanie, as well as the salon.

This is a much needed store in the heart of kendall, and I must say the store is absolutely beautiful with a helpful and friendly staff and most importantly, the prices are as good as Ive seen. Highly recommend this place. One stop shop for all your hair related products and services.

The store is stocked with all of my favorite products!! Every time Ive gone, the store has always been clean and organized. The staff is always willing to help; no matter how many questions I have :-) Very friendly and welcoming. They work great with extensions! Visit them!!

I had a wonderful hairdresser named Andrea. I have never had my hair done so very pretty. She did my extensions and colored my hair and picked out a gorgeous color. She was also very knowlege. I feel like a new person. Loved everything. God bless you new friend.

I love this beauty store/salon. I was able to buy my hair care products and get my hair done at the same time. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they helped nurse my hair back to health. I will be back, and I definetely recommend this place.

dont use a Credit Card in this store, because it will be cloned and used in a Shell Gas Station in Hialeah. This has happen 3 times to me! I went directly to front desk and explained, but they were not interested and very defensive about it.
